Week 1
In the first week I did SAC in the bibliotheca in the campus of the health because I did not
knew I had do SAC in FCA. In the first week we saw in class the unit 6 about the food
and its components and the effects of the science in the food. In the unit 6 we used one
vocabulary with some news words for me like approach and encourage. We learned the
adverbs to recognize bias. We used other vocabulary with words like milestone, shift,
sink in and source. In SAC I made some activities to improve write summaries, wrote letter
and compare paragraph. We learned about cause and effect and the structure of the
sentences and we write an essay about it.

Week 2
In the second week I went to SAC in FCA. We used the outline to write an essay. We
used some new words like acquire, enable, income and reluctant. We practiced the forms
of the words, adverbs, verbs, adjectives or nouns. In this week we wrote a summary. We
learns about the report speech with present tense. I did exercise for learn about adverb
phrases of reason. We wrote an essay of opinion or cause and effect. In SAC I did some
activities like R350-010 to practice reading for specific information. I did some activities to
identify specific information in chronological order, find general information. I practice
speak with worksheets like S350-001 using information of the text.
Week 3
In this week we saw the unit 9 about the relationship of the human with the nature. We
used a news words like appeal, ravenous, reliant, shelter and stranded. We practice
finding specific information with the text of the book and the exercise like details and main
ideas. We practices to take episodic notes about the text. We did some exercise of
metaphors. We used varying sentences patters. In this week we identify
counterarguments and refutations. I learned about the prepositions and the way to use
that. In the final of the week we saw about the writing a persuasive essay. We learned
about adverbs causes of concession. In SAC I did some activities to talk and practice my
speaking with worksheet like S350-004 and S350-009. I identified parts of report speech.

The exercise in all phases of the life


The scientists say exercise is benefic because helps the body to prevent illness with 30
minutes of sport or any activities. 30 minutes are benefit because in this way the body
have action and make control the excess of nutrients for example the sugar is converted in
energy for a better performance. The sports are benefic in all phases of the life because
make a better person and result in a healthy life without illness. The exercise is not only to
young people. The sports are so different for all type of the people for that everybody can
do exercise.
The sports in the work help a better develop of the task, with less stress the employees
can be more productive. The sports help all employees to be active and alert all day, for
that are more effective in the job.
The sports in the life of the kids is so benefit. Lot of people say the children learn playing
for that many schools have made sports activities part of their to motive the students and
teach all of them to work team and others qualities for be the better in the workplace. Many
sports help the students to learn about values. Many sports like karate have rules to be
responsible and honest in all places like home and the school.
The sports helps to keep the health in the life of the old man. The old man does not leave
the exercise because is a way to conserve yourself young. The sports help to prevent
cardiac problems. With the sports the old man can make better relationships with others
person and meet new people be healthy.
The sports have important benefices because help the people to feel better, healthy and
cheerful with activities for all, children, man and woman old or young. These are many
reasons for do exercise so remember 30 minutes can help you to feel better and healthy
doing any sport
