Notes

The above unaudited financial results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and thereafter approved and taken
on record by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 10th August, 2016.

The statutorv auditors of the Company have carried out a limited review of the results for the quarter ended 30th June
,2076.

Figures for the quarter ended 31st March 201.6 are balancing figures arrived at as the difference between the audited
figures of the fuil financial year ended 31st March 20'1.6 and the published year to date figures up to the third quarter
ended 31st December 2015 which were subjected to limited review.

Since the nature of activities carried out by the Company is such that profits/ losses from certain transactions do not
noeoccarilrr a"rue evenly over the year, the results of a quarter may not be representative of financial results for the
year. As such, the result of the current quarter is not comparable with the result of the corresponding quarter.

The Company is a Non Banking Financial Company and is engaged in Fund based activities without accepting deposits

Re: Limited Review of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30,

Introduction
We have reviewed the accompanying statement of unaudited financial results of KJMC
Financial Services Limited ('the Company') for the quarter ended on June 30,2016.

This statement is the responsibility of the Company's Management and has been
approved by the Board of Directors. Our responsibility is to issue a report on this
Statement based on our review.

2.

Scope of Review

We conducted our review in accordance with Standard on Review Engagements (SRE)

2410, "Review of Interim Financial Information Performed by the Independent Auditor
of the Entity" issued by the Institute of Charlered Accountants of India. This Standard
requires that we plan and perform the review to obtain moderate assurance as to
whether the statement of financial results is free of material misstatement. A review is
limited primarily to inquiries of company personnel and analytical procedures applied
to financial data and thus provides less assurance than an audit. We have not performed
an audit and accordingly, we do not express an audit opinion.

Conclusion
Based on our review conducted as above, nothing has come to our attention that causes
us to believe that the accompanying statement of r"rnaudited financial results prepared in

accordance with applicable accounting standards notified under section 133 of the
Companies Act,2013 read with rule 7 of Companies (Accounts) Rules 2014 and other
recognized accounting practices and policies has not disclosed the information required
to be disclosed in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,20l5 including the manner in which it is to be
disclosed, or that it contains any material misstatement.
