Dear employee at DHL

This questionnaire is an important part for my masters degree program. This project aim to examine the
relationship between internal communication and job satisfaction at DHL. It will take about 8-10 minutes
to answer the questionnaire. I would appreciate your contribution to the research. Most questions contain
