the biggest export country all over the world . From the customs record, we noticed, Germany is
about twice export value of China . And China is about twice value of India too .

cant understand why USA plastic extrusion machinery cheaper than Germany .Germany is
famous all over the world for good quality machines . But why their price lower than USA? Is it
because they provide good quality but good price machine too when compare to USA extrusion
machine? We need to make a research later and reveal the truth .
But we understand from the chart that China price is about 1/3 of USA price. And half when
compare to Germany price .
India sell the most cheap machines .

Second: choose which country to import the

machines.
USA plastic extrusion machines
is very high price, but, I learned from some friends, they said they are high technology, if your
products is something new, and only USA have such technology or precision standard, you have
to buy from USA. But some our clients take video of USA machine and send to China to produce
in case to reduce cost. For example, the micro soft FEP cathether, USA machine price is among
$15 million usd. But China copy cost is about $1 million usd.
Germany plastic extrusion machine
is good quality and fair price too . If you want the high quality and compact technology, buy from
Germany is a good choice.

China plastic extrusion Machinery

Now, we talking about China machinery. We all understand China have the full industry
supply chain .
Every goods can produced in China and you can find every part supplier. So ,the
spare cost is less. But with the crazy rapid real estate rising, nowday, China human cost is higher
and higher when compare to other Asia country and Middle-east country . If you dont like to pay

control how many kgs plastics it can melt, if the plastic melt evenly, if the plastic can be

find the machine can have enough power to run. In China, we usually use the Siemens Brand .

Different products need different cooling tunk . We can ask our supplier to

design the solution for us .

Hual Off
Haul off the products from extruder at constant speed,. They are the necessary
device among plastic extrusion product line .
