Grafilit is a high grade gasket material based on flexible graphite sheets and is available with a stainless steel insertion,

MICALIT
Mica is an aluminosilicate material with very high thermal resistance, used for exhaust pipe manifolds, burner flanges,
gas turbine housings, turbocharger flange gaskets.

PROPERTIES
Composition

Aluminosilicate (phlogopite) impregnated with silicon.


It is available as pure mica (MICALIT F) or with stainless
steel insertion AISI 316 0.1 mm (MICALIT P).

Properties

Very high resistance to temperature (up to 950 C in


oxidizing atmosphere). Good chemical resistance.
Good electrical insulation and low thermal conductivity
properties.
