There are many kinds of penguins living in the Antarctic. The bigger is the

then she go out to sea again to build up a supply of food. Meanwhile, the male penguin will stay with
an egg, keeping it warm.

In July, the mother penguin returns with fish from the newly hatched chicks. When a penguin chick
first hatches, it is cover in a coat of soft grey or brown feathers called down. After a few weeks, the
chick begin to grown its shiny adult feathers. In summer, penguins molt and lose all their feathers.
Then, they waits for a new coat of waterproof feathers to grow again.

There are lots of ways that we can reduce waste at school. There are a lot of advantages. We can
reduce our impact on the environment and save money at the same time. Another advantage is,
we can reduce garbage.
A special programme will be held in our school from 8.00 am to 11.30am. There will be talks,
games and food for all. There will be a special guest appearance by Siti Aini and her band.

1.Take only as much as you can eat!

Do you know that more than 20% of the food we buy gets thrown away? By taking only
what you can eat or sharing your extras with a friend, you are taking steps to waste less
food and save money.
2. Pack a No-Waste Lunch
A no-waste lunch is a meal that does not end up in the trash. Use a reusable lunch box or
bag and fill it with your lunch in reusable containers. You create less waste by using
washable containers to pack your lunch.
3. Carry a few reusable
When we go to the store at the beginning of the school year, we should look for durable,
long-lasting supplies and reuse them. Refillable pens and pencils, a durable backpack and
a lunchbox are all great examples of products that can be reused. Items that can be used
more than once will reduce waste.

Read the text below. Then, answer the questions that followed.
Dear Dahlia,
Thank you for sharing your experience about your most embarrassing moment. Im sure if I had mistaken somebody else for
my mother, it would have been embarrassing as well. It must have been very funny to see the look on the strangers face when
you took her hand, thinking she was your mother.
I would like to give you some advice on handling pimples since you asked me about my first experience. Well, I woke up
feeling a slight red bump on my cheek. I could not see it clearly but I knew it was there. Soon at school, my friends pointed the
pimple out to me. To my dismay, it got bigger as the day went on! My mother and Shirley, my cousin told me to wash my face
twice a day. They told me that everything would be fine. However, by the end of the day, my pimple had evolved into a big and
round whitehead.
I never had pimples before so I did not know what could have caused it to appear. According to some articles that I read
online, there were a few factors that caused skin problems. Among them were a hormone imbalance and eating lots of junk food.
Let me continue telling you about my experience. I found it difficult to control the feeling of wanting to squeeze the pimple. I
could see it clearly in the mirror. My father warned me that popping a pimple will not get rid of the problem. No doubt, you will
get rid of the fluid inside the pimple but you will still have a red blotch remaining on your cheek that will take time to disappear.
Furthermore, squeezing the pimple will release the same bacteria that causes the breakout in the first place. This will allow it to
spread to other areas on your face.
My advice is that whatever you do, please do not squeeze the pimple on your face. Otherwise, you will have a face looking
like the surface of the moon. Patience is the key as your pimple will disappear sooner if you leave it alone.
