INTRODUCTION.
Zilekgasho courier and projects is a registered and
established Company in the courier industry. The
Company was formed by Ms. Duduzile Kgasho.
In 2014. The professional approach we adopted since
inception has borne fruits in that the company underwent
metamorphic growth from small
jobs to vigorously
encompassing all supply, courier works, construction work,
industrial buildings, housing, offices, civil works, security
works etc. we place great emphasis not only on the
quality of our work but on the cost-effective designs,
productivity and client service.

OBJECTIVES
To assist the nation by playing our role as creators of jobs and
to get Black Business into mainstream economy
To develop training and upgrading education programmes
for the transferring of skills, technology, expertise and
experience.
To inspire and assist people to identify opportunities and to
realize their full potentials, etc.
To reflect on companys effectiveness and strive to keep
abreast of the real needs and requirement of local
communities by adopting a sustainable approach to
employment and regeneration.
To penetrate commercial market

MANAGEMENT TEAM.
Managing Director - ELLIOT KGASHO
Served, learned and developed skill whilst working for courier services under property
management between 2004-2010. and later acquired IT , and project management
qualifications and decided to open his own supply chain company.

Quantity Surveyor - Mpho Sethabela

Completed her diploma in building at university of Johannesburg. She is presently serving her
internship with TP Building.

General Foreman - Obert Mpolokeng

Internal experience including structural work, concrete, reinforcement, masonry for 3 years.
This was accumulated with Murry and Roberts For 2 Years as a general foreman in the
production line.

Store Clerk - Kgotasho Kgasho

Completed his diploma in civil engineering at the Central Johannesburg college.

Site Agents - Keletso Sethabela and Mpho Makume

Keletso and Mpho completed their diplomas in building at the university of Johannesburg they
are presently serving their internships at TP buildings.

MANAGEMENT TEAM.
Operations Manager Duduzile Kgasho

Working with the management team, she contributes to the development

and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.
Admin manager Rudzane Mutsila
is currently involved in the organization and co-ordination of the Eastern
cape and Gauteng projects. His extensive knowledge in mostly Electrical,
Structural and Civil engineering.

Technical manager - Thabo Kgasho

Thabo is an associate on construction projects. She is currently involved in
the organization and co-ordination of the North-West and Gauteng
projects. Her extensive knowledge in mostly Electrical, Structural and Civil
engineering.
