Section 6. Labor, Work, Payments
A. Labor
1. Quantity number of workers, decrease workers when construction is already finish
2. Quality proper work designation such as painter, carpenter, steel man, etc.
B. Include LIQUIDATED DAMAGES delay of construction to be deducted to the fee

No payment shallbe made w/o approval of the architect

Making Good of Known Defects or Faults (period of not more than 60 days)

its expiration
Less 10% retention, when 50% of the contract has been accomplished, no retention shall
be made
Contractor, own expense progress photographs taken monthly

Contractor shall submit the ff before final payment:
1. Certificate of building occupancy
2. Certificate of final inspection of utilities
3. Original 3 sets of prints of as built-drawing of electrical, sanitary, gas, telephone and

4. 3 copies of directory of panel boards and list of circuits
5. 3 copies of instructions and manual for operating fixtures and equipment
6. 3 copies of keing schedule
7. Guarantee bond equivalent to 30% of the contract price covering a period of 1 year
after final inspection of th work.
