Commonrequirements:
a)Passportwithatleastthree(03)monthsvalidity.
b)Two(02)recentpassportsizephotographs.
c)Photocopyofpagesofpassporthavingdetailparticulars.
d)Filleduptwovisaapplicationforms(canbedownloadedfromthe
internetwww.bhcdelhi.orgoravailableintheHighCommission).
e)Foremployment&studentvisas03setsofapplicationsarerequired.
f)Invitationandcoveringlettersarerequiredpreferablytheoriginalor
faxcopy.
g)CopyofIndianvalidvisaisrequiredtobeenclosedwiththe
applicationofforeignnationals(otherthanIndian).
h)Pleasepayonlyexactamountofvisafeeincash(inRupees)
applicabletootherthanIndiannationalsandchangeisnotavailablein
thevisacounterandcollectthemoneyreceiptinthisregard.
i)TouristVisa:
Inadditiontocommonrequirements,proofofapplicantsprofessionshall
besubmitted.
ii)BusinessVisa:
a)Coveringletterfromapplicantsowncompany.
b)InvitationletterfromBangladeshicompany.
c)Proofbeingabusinessman/orhisrepresentative.
iii)EmploymentVisa:
a)LetterfromBOI/BEPZA/Ministry/NGOAffairsBureaustatingthat
applicanthasbeenappointedinaccordancewithexistingrulesand
regulationforthetimebeinginforce.
b)Appointmentletterstatingtermsandconditionsofemployment
includingsalary,houserent,etc.
iv)Diplomatic,UN&Officialvisas:

News

Inadditiontocommonrequirements,noteverbalefromrespective
Govt./Mission/UNorganization,etc.
v)ProvidingTechnicalsupport:
a)CopyofcontractsignedbetweenBangladeshiandapplicants
company.
b)LetterfromBOI/BEPZAstatingthatapplicantsserviceisessentialin
Bangladeshicompany.
c)Coveringletter&invitationletter.
vi)Investorvisa:
LetterfromBOI/BEPZAstatingthattheapplicantisaninvestor.
vii)Missionaries:
a)Letter/AppointmentletterfromconcernedMission/institution.
b)ConsentfromtheMinistryofReligiousAffairs,Bangladesh.
viii)StudentVisa:
a)Offeringletterfromtheconcernedgovernmentrecognized
educationalinstitutioninBangladesh.
b)Banksolvencycertificateoftheguardian.
c)Sponsorshipcertificateprovidedbyguardianconfirmingthe
commitmenttobeartheeducationalexpenses.
ix)Othercategories:
a)Relevantdocumentsinsupportofvisitfrombothsides.
*TheHighCommissionencouragesthesubmissionofapplicationin
person.
*Incompleteapplicationwillberejected.
*NovisafeerequiredforIndiannationalsapplyingforBangladeshvisa
