Committees:
The conference has 8 committees out of which six committees are for Classes
IX XII and two committees are for Classes VI - VIII.

- Legislation of Fourth Generation Warfare in Fifth Domain
3. United Nations Commission on Status of Women
- Ratification of CEDAW by all member states with consideration
of Goal 5 of the 2030 Goals of Development
4. World Trade Organization
- Reforms in the Policies of the World Trade Organization
5. North Atlantic Treaty Organization
- Reforms in the NATO Policies according to the New World Order
6. Modis Cabinet
- Reforms in the National Security Structure
Junior Committees
1. United Nations Human Rights Council
- Protection of the Rights of Children in the areas affected by
Armed Conflicts
2. United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization
- Protection of Cultural Heritage in areas affected by Extremism

Terms and Conditions


By registering, all delegates, advisors and schools have agreed to comply with
the following terms and conditions set forth by Shishukunj Model United
Nations. The following Terms and Conditions describe the fees, deadlines,
policies and disclaimers of Shishukunj Model United Nations.
1. The delegates registered as part of a school delegation are required to be
registered students of the respective school.
2. Delegates may only attend the conference in the company of an advisor
who is over the age of 18 years.
3. Local delegations are required to make their own arrangements for
transport to and from the conference venue. Outstation delegations are
required to make their own travel arrangements to and from Indore and
notify the school regarding the same. Local transportation will be
provided for outstation delegations.
4. Outstation delegations will be provided with accommodation (doubleoccupancy standard rooms) at Hotel Effotel or similar.

Registration, Deadlines and Schedules


Listed below are the registration policies and deadlines for Shishukunj MUN.
Shishukunj MUN maintains the right to change deadlines at its discretion.
Missing deadlines may result in the inability of the organizers to accommodate
a delegation and/or reduce time for preconference delegation preparation.
Registration Policies
1. Confirmation of registration should be sent through the registration
form attached herewith to info@shishukunj.in by the due date (refer
to the Deadlines section).
2. Delegations will be granted placement to the conference once
registration is complete.
Once registration is complete delegations will be notified if their
registration to the conference has been approved and placement
allotted as per conference capacity.
3. All registered delegations must adhere to the deadlines and fees
outlined in the Registration Deadlines and Fees. Failure to do so may
result in late fees and/or the inability to attend the conference.
4. Shishukunj MUN reserves the right to rescind the registration
placements of delegations that do not adhere to the stipulated
deadlines or abide by the conference Terms and Conditions.

International School.

Committee Assignments
1.

Successfully registered delegations will be assigned countries and


committees by June 15th 2016. However, country assignments will not be
released to a delegation until the full registration has been received and
processed.

2. Delegations agree to respect the committee assignment decisions of

Shishukunj MUN and understand that due to limited availability and a


large number of participants, country preferences cannot always be met.
3.

Committee assignments, once released to a delegation, cannot be altered


unless at the discretion of the Shishukunj MUN Secretary General.

Should changes occur, please note the following:


If a delegate is no longer able to attend the conference, another delegate
from the same delegation or school must replace him or her unless the
number of delegates attending is changed prior to the June 15th, 2015
deadline (please refer to Deadlines section ).
If a spot is unable to be replaced, the Advisor from that delegation must
notify Shishukunj MUN immediately. Shishukunj MUN reserves the right
to change committee and country assignments if delegation sizes change.
