Reason of Validation: To confirm the Fit to work status of the patient

2:00PM- Called the clinic of Dr. Jimmy Chang and was able to talk to Nurse Cherry.
She informed me that Dr. Chang has not yet arrived and suggested to call again at
3pm.
3:31 pm- I called the clinic again and was informed that Dr. Chang is having a
consultation already with the patient so Nurse Cherry asked me to call again after 5
minutes.
3:36 pm- The nurse informed me that there was another patient in line and told me
to call again at 4:20 pm.
4:20 pm- I called the clinic again and Nurse Cherry told me that Dr. Chang went to
the main hospital building already, she then instructed me to just call again on
Friday.
