Common mistakes On Site Floor:

Sand do not barrier and scattered on floor. Concrete chute did


not line the nylon canvas. Water barrel is leaked. Bricks, sand
is messy and clutter on sidewalk.

In constructing put down the tarpaulin at bottom of the walls


to catch the mortar dropping down.

Technical requirements:
Parity - equality; upright- straightness; surfaces- eveness;
angles- square; unlapped mortar joints; be able to
consistent blocks.
All mortar joints of the construct blocks must be full with
mortar, equable and consistent.
Need to clean the wall surfaces immediately, if not, mortar
will be harden causing difficulty of the latter plastering and
decoration.
Brick block must be moistured (watered) at least 7 days.

Concrete lintel must extend 20cm past the opening on each


side. After 24 hours adjoining positions of wall and beam are
built an oblique angle 450 with solid bricks, as well as holes
are pointed to avoid cracks at adjoining edges of walls and
beam bottom.

Construct stair steps follow the marked ink on the wall


exactly.

1.Level Marking:

Base on grid lines, wall location, rendering thickness then


worker will make the level marking at the wall bottom.

fairly accurate level guides during the plastering
process..

The surface of walls, ceilings, floors must be cleaned after finish


the plastering work.
Evaluative criteria for the quality of the screeding wall:

Ensure the sizes of the walls as the design drawings


(length, width, height, thinkness). And the sizes of the
doors, windows, open technical hole.
The mortar must clinging tight on the surface of
masonries, concrete walls, without any peelings,
blisterings.
The grade of mortar must follow the design
requirements.
The surface of plastering must be flat. The permitted
deviation from 1-1,5mm.
The edges, ledges, must be sharp, plat, vertically,
horizontally. The corners is square, right angels.
The bottom of the wall must be straight, flat. And the
floor is clean without any dropping mortar. The bottom,
the edge of the wall relating to the quality of tiling,
paving works need to check carefully.

Common mistakes when do screeding work:
-Floor peeling, blistering due to dry mortar, do not watering
the concrete floor before screeding.
-Pitting and cracking at the surface of floor cause by dirt sand
and improperly graded mortar.
-The surface of floor is not flat cause by false screeding
landmark.
