GENERAL ASSEMBLY
IRR 4.2 There is no limit as to the number of events which a delegate can join.
IRR 4.3 Champion of a particular Non-Academic Event in the prior years can still
participate in the same event.
IRR 6.6 Contestants must be on the venue 30 (thirty) minutes before the
competitions start. A 5-point deduction in the total score shall be given
to contestants who arrive 15 minutes late after the start of the event.
They are also given 1 point deduction for every succeeding three (3)
minutes.
IRR 6.7 All submitted works, outputs, and products of the competitions shall
belong to NFJPIA Region IV.
IRR 6.8 Draw lots shall determine the order of performances. This shall be done
before start of the General Assembly through a representative for each
Non Academic Event participant.
IRR 6.9 The National Federation Region IV shall have the exclusive power to
interpret the provisions of the IRR and shall be vested with the power
to give sanctions to any contestant who shall violate any provisions in
this IRR.
IRR 6.10 In case there are any concerns or protests which are not covered in
this IRR, the National Federation Region IV shall have the absolute power
and sole authority to decide and interpret the implementing rules and
regulations of the
General Assembly. Regional Non-Academic
Competitions, upon consultation with the Regional Adviser, on matters
which he deems necessary to preserve and protect the integrity of the
event. Should there be any ambiguity encountered by any party, such
should be addressed on a timely basis. The decision of the Executive
Board shall be final and irrevocable.
IRR 7.0 LIP SYNC BATTLE
IRR 7.1 General Battle Rules and Mechanics
IRR 7.1.1 Each participating individual may send a maximum of two (2)
members only to represent their respective local chapter.
IRR 7.1.2 Each participating individual must Lip Synced their preferred song.
(Local or Foreign)
IRR 7.1.3 Participants must Lip Sync combined with dance or act to show that
they have similar personality with the person theyre mimicking.
IRR 7.1.4 The contestants are required to prepare a two (2) to three (3)
minute performance including their entrance and exit only. If props
are used, contestants are allowed two (2) minutes for setup and (1)
minute for tear-down.
IRR 7.1.5 Any costume, props and the likes are allowed except for sharp &
pointed, pyrotechnic, live animals, or other equipment that may
cause damage to the event venue which are strictly prohibited.
IRR 7.1.6 Participants whose performance shall exceed to the maximum time
shall be given a one (1) point deduction every ten (10) seconds in
excess of time.
IRR 7.1.7 The music must be placed on a flash drive and must contain a file
name of LSB_LCName_Surname. The flash drive is to be submitted 1
hour before the start of the program to the technical committee.
IRR 7.1.8 Contestants are expected to arrive at the venue thirty (30) minutes
before the program commences.

IRR 8.3 Videos entries will be presented during the General assembly.
IRR 8.4 The top three contestants with the highest score shall be declared as 1st
place, 2nd place and 3rd place respectively.

IRR 9.1.6 At the end of the competition presentation of models must be on
stage for the final show with the fashion stylist.
IRR 9.1.7 All participating groups are required to have a Collections name.
IRR 9.1.8 Wardrobe of the models must be OOTD (Outfit Of The Day)
IRR 9.1.9 No Nudity is allowed.

IRR 10.1.2 Performance must be the combination of the Dance Crew and the
Duo.
IRR 10.1.3 Routines length for a NFJPIAR4s Best Dance Crew ft. Duo is four
minutes thirty seconds (4:30). A grace period of five (5) seconds plus
or minus is allowed resulting in a minimum of four minutes twenty
five seconds (4:25) and a maximum of four minutes thirty five
seconds (4:35).
IRR 10.1.4 Groups whose performance (combination of the Dance Crew and
the Duo) exceeds in the period of four minutes thirty seconds (4:30)
shall be given a one (1) point deduction every ten (10) seconds in
excess of the maximum time.
IRR 10.1.5 For circumstances beyond the control of the crewmember(s),
substitutions of participants in the crew may be made. A maximum
of two substitutions will be permitted. A crew may also opt not to
substitute its missing crew member(s) as long as the crew does
not go below five (5)
members.
The Regional
Vice
President
for Non-Academics must approve such circumstances.
IRR 10.1.6 Attire may include accessories such as hats, caps, gloves, scarves,
jewelry, etc. Removing pieces of clothing during the performance is
permitted provided it is not offensive or out of character. Clothing
too short and/or too tight will be scrutinized and may be deemed
inappropriate especially for over exposure of certain areas of the
body.
IRR 10.1.7 If at any time prior to or during competition a crew on or before
member is ill, injured, or his/her physical or emotional condition is at
risk by participating, he/she may be declared ineligible to compete,
or disqualified from competing further.
IRR 10.1.8 Crews are highly cautioned and advised against the music
becoming too complex with too many edits, sound effects, or songs
preventing them from exhibiting a clean and continuous dance
performance.
IRR 10.1.9 The following are a list of street dance styles that are permitted
only from this competition:

IRR 12.2.2 These competitions are simultaneously happening with other NonAcademic events.
IRR 12.2.3 English shall be the medium of expression.
IRR 12.2.4 Contestants are given period of time to finish their piece and must
be submitted to the organizer.
IRR 12.2.5 The Entry must be an original piece of the contestant. Plagiarism is
highly prohibited.

IRR 12.7.4 One whole illustration board will be provided by the organizers.
However, the contestants must bring their own paints and paint
brushes. (Required Paint: Poster or Acrylic)
IRR 12.7.5 Contestants shall be given a maximum of three (3) hours to finish
their piece.

IRR 12.9.1.1 Each Local Chapter may send maximum of two (2)
participants, depending on the participants they send on the
Slam poetry.
IRR 12.9.1.2 Medium of expression depends on the piece made by his/her
local chapter on the Slam Poetry.
IRR 12.9.1.3 Contestants shall be given a maximum of thirty (30) minutes
to finish and master their piece.
IRR 12.9.1.5 Copy of the piece made by his/her local chapter is permitted
during the actual competition.

IRR 15.2 All the host schools, upon the call or request of the Regional Vice
President for Non Academics or the Council, shall render
assistance in enforcing this Implementing Rules and Regulations
and to penalize any contestant or local chapter violating the
provisions.
