PRODUCT RANGE

Process Chillers

Process Cooling Chillers, unlike cooling for comfort air conditioning purposes, provide cooling or
extract heat mainly from a fluid required for a process, maintain temperature during a process
or cool equipment or its components.
Any application where downtime is more costly than losing the AC system.
Processes require consistent flow, temperature and pressure.
Year round 100% duty in ambient conditions from 50F - 125F.
Anomalous operating parameters and fluid qualities.
On-board tank(s), pump(s), controls etc.
Integrated supervisory controls with auto-changeover, remote monitoring etc.
Multiple circuits and technologies for large turndown ratio.
Capacity Range up to 200 TR
Suitable for safe area and Hazardous areas like Zone 1 & 2
Industrial Cabinet Construction:.
16-gauge or heavier CRCA Powder coated steel is standard
Optional 304 or 316 stainless steel

Control Designed for Ease of Use:.
Control Systems:.
Labled control panels are located in the unit
Utilize the most reliable industrial components and modern technology with all wires
numbered and Labled for easy recognition during service.
Basic features of standard chiller control panels include, automatic switching, and manual
override switches, if desired.
Temperature Control
Close-tolerance temperature control is provided by a dual-stage digital thermostat
Remote mounting is available, Remote temperature and interface control panels capable of
controlling multiple individual units from a single location can also be provided

Power Control:.
Fans, compressors, and other components in standard units are automatically shut down by
numerous safety devices, depending on any of several overload conditions. Standard fault
interrupts on units include
High and low refrigerant pressure on both circuits
Evaporator freeze
Compressor high current/temp overload
High temperature in the heating coil
Fan motor overloads
Compressor restarts delay.
Each of these faults can be wired to trigger a local and remote alarm if desired.

Alarms:.
System failure alarm contacts for the refrigeration circuits are provided on all units.
Units ordered with the optional purge & pressurization package also include purge system
failure, instantaneous and sustained building pressure loss alarms as standard features.
All alarms offer one or more dry contacts for interface to remote monitoring systems for
notification of an alarm event.
A multitude of other alarms, as well as unit mounted visual and audible indicators are
available as options.

16-gauge or heavier CRCA Powder coated steel is standard

Dual Fans:.
Providing conditioned air into a space is the main purpose of an HVAC units are built to deliver.
Units from two tons (24,000 BTUH) to 50 tons (600,000 BTUH) utilize dual spark-proof
evaporator blower assemblies
Two forward-curved mono block blowers. One Main & other is Auxiliary
Main and aux fans are used to purge and pressurize the area in the event of a pressure loss, if
required
Explosion Proof axial condenser fans are standard on HVAC units.
Evaporator and Condenser Coils:.
Standard coils are constructed from heavy-weight rifled copper tubes mechanically bonded to
aluminium fins
Highly corrosion resistant copper fin/copper tube coils are available as an option.
Several corrosion resistant coatings are also available as options
Freeze-stats are also standard on all systems

Compressor:.
Open type compressors Belt driven.
Explosion proof motors are used to drive the compressors

Filtration:.
Standard return air filter is a 1"aluminium frame washable flexible polyurethane foam media
(UL Class 2).
Standard outside air filter is a 2" Farr 30/30, a MERV-8 pleated panel filter that meets most
industrial and commercial filtration requirements.
Additional chemical filtration and high efficiency filtration, including HEPA, can be provided
as the optional equipment list.

Alarms:.
System

failure alarm contacts for the refrigeration circuits are provided on all units.

PANEL AIR CONDITIONERS OR PANEL COOLERS

Dew sat offers Panel Air Conditioners to suit a variety of control panels mainly used in the
machine tool industry. These air conditioners are versatile and can also be used for applications
other than the one they were primarily manufactured for example; they can be utilized to
condition any enclosure containing electronic equipment, drives or components which are
sensitive to temperature, humidity and dust particles. The standard air conditioners are
provided with digital display temperature controllers, mechanical dust filters and use ecofriendly refrigerant, Panel air conditioners are also used for applications like cooling of elevator
control panels, X-ray scanners, textile units, wood working machines and power electronics
among others.

Service & Documentation


Factory Acceptance Testing
Factory acceptance testing (FAT) is a routine part of our production process. End
users, EPC and client representatives are most welcome to visit our premises for FAT.
Along with witnessed performance tests and provision of test reports, typical FAT
involves documentation and certificates of conformity reviews.
Third Party Inspections
Third party inspections by internationally recognized inspection agencies can be
arranged by Dew Sat or appointed by our customers.
Training
Training on HVAC, electrical, PLC and hazardous area safety requirements by our
qualified personnel is available at our premises or at your site. Training can be
combined with site commissioning visits or arranged on a standalone basis.

Site Commissioning
Dew Sat equipment is designed to be installed at site by locally based qualified
technicians. Where required, site installation supervision and commissioning is provided
by our experienced HVAC, electrical and PLC engineers and technicians.

Spare Parts
Lifetime spare parts support is an integral part of our customer commitment.
Components are based on industry standards such as IECEx and DIN for
standardization. Where a component part for a Dew Sat unit may become unavailable
from the original supplier, we will provide an alternative along with a retrofit kit and
installation instructions.

Standard documentation supplied with Ex HVAC equipment includes:.
Installation and operations manual (IOM).
General arrangement drawings.
Electrical schematics. HVAC control philosophy.
Certificates of conformity. Component datasheets.
Factory acceptance test (FAT), documentation and reports.
Additional project specified documentation can be readily produced including:.
