National requirements for seafarers under 18 years of age are complied, if any.
Flag state has any exemptions against the requirements of the limits of hours of work and the hours of rest as
specified above 6.1 and 6.2 and are compiled (see the ship's DMLC Part I).
Musters, fire-fighting and lifeboat drills (and drills prescribed by the national law) conducted in such a manner so
as to minimize the disturbance of rest periods and not to induce fatigue.
Compensatory rest is provided for call-outs during the normal hours of rest.
Table of shipboard working arrangements setting out for national requirements for maximum hours of work or the
minimum hours of rest for every position posted in the place easy to access.
Seafarers are provided copies of the records of daily hours of work or rest in the standard format.
