AGREEMENT

The Parent-Teacher Association Officers of Grade IV-Masigla is signing this

agreement regarding the PTA project for S.Y. 2016 2017. The proposed project
is a 4-door wooden cabinet that the pupils can use for effective storage and
safekeeping of files.
The parents consigned to contribute an amount of P 50.00 for each pupil
and agreed to provide the necessary fund on July 15, 2016, so that the PTA
project will push through without any delay.
This agreement was read and agreed upon the terms of the adviser,
together with the parent/guardian of the pupils this 24th of June, 2016.

The transparency of any financial expenses is being recorded and monitored

according to parents request.
