GREEN CHARCOAL

What is paper?

Paper is a thin material produced by pressing together moist fibres of cellulose pulp derived
from wood, rags or grasses, and drying them into flexible sheets. It is a versatile material with many
uses, including writing, printing, packaging, cleaning, and a number of industrial and construction
processes. Link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paper

What is leaves ?

A leaf is an organ of a vascular plant and is the principal lateral appendage of the stem. [1] The leaves
and stem together form the shoot.[2] Foliage is a mass noun that refers to leaves collectively.[3][4]
Typically a leaf is a thin, dorsiventrally flattened organ, borne above ground and specialized
for photosynthesis. In most leaves, the primary photosynthetic tissue, the (palisade mesophyll), is
located on the upper side of the blade or lamina of the leaf [1] but in some species, including the
mature foliage of Eucalyptus[5] palisade mesophyll is present on both sides and the leaves are said to
be isobilateral. Most leaves have distinctive upper (adaxial) and lower (abaxial) surfaces that differ in
colour, hairiness, the number of stomata (pores that intake and output gases), epicuticular
wax amount and structure and other features. Link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leaf

What is briquette?

A briquette is a compressed block of coal dust or other combustible biomass material such as
charcoal, sawdust, wood chips, peat, or paper used for fuel and kindling to start a fire. The term
comes from the French language and is related to brick. Link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Briquette

Biomass briquettes are a biofuel substitute to coal and charcoal. Briquettes are mostly
used in the developing world, where cooking fuels are not as easily available. There has
been a move to the use of briquettes in the developed world, where they are used to heat
industrial boilers in order to produce electricity from steam. The briquettes are cofired with
coal in order to create the heat supplied to the boiler.
