Rules and regulations to be followed by all the non-teaching staff of the
institute. 1. Staff must be present in the institute premises at least 10 minutes before the job timings. 2. All the Non-teaching staff has to mention the time of his/her arrival on the attendance register along with the signature. 3. No one can leave the Institute without informing the principal or concern person in between working hours. 4. Those taking One day leave may be allowed to do so under real and grave needs only. 5. Use of mobile phone while in the class is strictly prohibited. 6. No personal relations or friends are allowed to visit the staff in the institute premises under any Circumstances. 7. Those desiring to resign or leave the institute for any reason must intimate the management regarding this at least one month in advance or he/she shall forfeit one months salary in lieu of the notice. 8. While being with the institute you cannot communicate with our competitors and also you are not allowed to work with any other institute which comes under same area (i.e. Goregaon) and you cannot start your own coaching class or any other educational institute without written permission for next 2 years. 9. All the works assigned must be done with honesty and dedication. Any laxity in doing ones duty shall be intolerable and disciplinary action may be initiated against him/her. 10. Application for grant of Leave for pre planned/prescheduled programmes as interviews/ marriage/ examinations must be given in advance. No last minute application for such programmes shall be granted and shall be treated as absent from his/her duty and salary shall be deducted for the period he/she remains absent. 11. Staff must have to cooperate in all institute related activities even if these happen to be on Sundays or Holidays. 12. No staff shall be allowed to appear for any interview/take examination during his/ her stay in the institute. These interview/examination may however be applied for with the written permission from the manager/secretary of the Institute. 13. Appointing authorities/Examining bodies may be intimated to initiate action against such persons who do not seek written permission from the institute for this purpose. the employer is must for applying for any post or appearing at any examination- academic or competitive, whatsoever. 14. All the employees are governed by the Society of the institute and are bound to follow rules and regulations set by the management from time to time. 15. The entire employee especially ladies have to follow the dress code of the institute. They should come in sober, simple and tidy clothes. No fashionable or seminude clothing allowed. 16. Staffs are given handsome increment. Extra or double increment may be considered for extra deserving teachers/staff depending upon their performance. 17. Taking proper care of the classrooms, cupboards, institute furniture etc. is also the responsibility of the staff and teachers. There should be no misuse of these items. 18. All communication with the institution must be confidential & on email based. Any verbal communication should not be entertained. 19. All the employees are expected to come before 10mins. Employees are provided 60mins in a month as a exemption of time after that each 60mins are counted as a one day absent and his/her salary will be deducted. 20. All employees are allowed to have one day holiday between Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sundays are not allowed. 21. Any interpretation, amendment relaxation, cancellation etc. to the above or any other rule, regulation is the sole right of the management and is binding on all the staff in the institute.
