available resources.
Methods:Effectiveness building has two aspects, Individual and Groups:
INDIVIDUAL
1. SKILL: Mentor-Mentee program with Alumni, personality assessment
tests, time in class for knowledge sharing on current affairs
2.ATTITUDE: There should be positive attitude towards learning from the
side of students for developing effectiveness and efficiency into class.
Learning attitude can be promoted with constant feedbacks
3. OPEN MIND: Open minded towards ideas is a prerequisite
