Methods:1. Subscription to HR Magazines and newspapers and discussions about
various articles.
2. Knowledge Sharing Sessions: One topic for research to be taken by
every member of the class. 15 minutes for presentation and 15 minutes
for general class discussion.
3. Case Study Competitions: Case study competitions to be held in class in
form of role plays, Group Discussion and Power point presentations
4. Learn with Fun: Using audios, visuals, movies, novels and sports
5. MBTI Profiling: Long-term career planning, Understanding own strengths
and weaknesses
6. Lectures from industry experts about the current happenings into the
HR World and general business.

Defining effectiveness: Effectiveness is attaining highest possible performance using the
available resources.
Methods:Effectiveness building has two aspects, Individual and Groups:
INDIVIDUAL
1. SKILL: Mentor-Mentee program with Alumni, personality assessment
tests, time in class for knowledge sharing on current affairs
2.ATTITUDE: There should be positive attitude towards learning from the
side of students for developing effectiveness and efficiency into class.
Learning attitude can be promoted with constant feedbacks
3. OPEN MIND: Open minded towards ideas is a prerequisite
GROUP
4. Workshops on work ethics
5. Ethical quotes can be mailed to the batch daily
6. COORDINATION: Team building exercises, Conflict handling
7. TRANSPARENCY & TRUST: All communication shall be conveyed to
students to ensure transparency, Chit system of communicating issues,
random groups to be made for class tasks, Constant feedbacks shall be
given
