GENERAL
All movements on the airport maneuvering areas, except vehicles on aprons and service roads,
are controlled by ATS.
ATS provides positive radiotelephony control over all movements on the taxilanes.
All aircraft at parking stands, whether nosed-in or parked otherwise, must request push-back
and start-up clearance, and receive approval from ATS prior to commencing such operations.
Taxi lane 2 between Apron Access H1 and Apron Access H2; and Taxi lane 6 between Aprons
3, 4 and 5; are restricted to Code C Jet aircraft. At pilot's discretion up to and including Code
D Jet aircraft may be permitted under the following conditions:
-The aerodrome operator, NAD and ATC are advised prior to the commencement of the operation;
-The taxi lane is free from aircraft or vehicles; and
-The marshal and wing - wing walkers escort the aircraft clear of the taxi lane.
Apron 2: Medium and small aircraft must request and receive approval for pre-taxi, engine start
and taxi instructions/directions. The aircraft operator must provide apron and aircraft stand
location to ATS when making such requests.
Minimum safe altitude over city is 1500'.
Radio required.

SPECIAL IFR DEPARTURE PROCEDURES WITHIN P-3002: Within the Nassau Intl (MYNN) Aerodrome
Traffic Zone departing Southwest, West, and Northwest bound is prohibited when flying within the
perimeter of the practice range and exercise area of P-3002 at altitudes below 1000'.
Depart:
1. As instructed by ATC or,
2. Climb to an altitude at or above 1000' before flying over the range or,
3. When unable to reach an altitude at or above 1000'
a. Maintain a heading East of the ZQA VOR R-200 until at an altitude at or above
1000' or until well clear of the range to the South before making a RIGHT-TURN
to proceed on course.
b. Make a short/quick RIGHT-TURN, thereby avoiding the Northern boundary of the
range.
