AGREEMENT FOR OUTSOURCE ACCOUNTING SERVICES

This agreement is made as on August 22, 2016, effective from august 23, 2016:
BETWEEN
Aisha Ali Management Consultancy hereinafter referred as Consultant, having its
registered office in Sharjah- UAE.
AND
Dhofar Global LLC hereinafter referred as Client, having its registered office in
Sharjah- UAE.
WHEREAS
Consultant shall provide outsource accounting services by deputing one of its
Accountant (Profile is attached as Annexure A) in Client Office for a minimum period
of two month.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Scope of outsource accounting services shall include account and finance related
work as assigned by the management of the client but in general it shall include:

Recording and Posting of Vouchers, invoices, bills and other business

transaction in System
Verification of all accounting transactions and reports
Reconciliation including Bank, Client & Vendors balances and others head of
accounts
Documentation and Filling
Any accounting related work as assigned by the management within the
scope of Accounting general practice

TIME FRAMEWORK
Consultant accountant shall work during Client working hours including extended
hours as may be required for the completion of task within budgeted timeline (but
maximum upto 3 hours per day) during client working days.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONSULTANT AND ITS ACCOUNTANT
Consultancy shall be responsible for:

Depute Accountant under the Company valid visa.

Consultant Accountant shall be a professional accountant must have good
experience in Accounting and Finance Related Matters.

Accountant shall be responsible for:

the safety of all primary records referred to it by the Client under this
agreement;
correct and timely processing of data and information in accordance with the
source documents provided by the Client.
The Consultant shall provide the regular report to Client Management as and
when required.
Confidentiality and privacy of information

However following shall be excluded from the scope of Consultant Services:

The Consultant shall not be liable for timeliness, inaccuracy, and (or)
incomplete information provided by the Client to, and the consequences
resulting there-from.
The Consultant shall not be liable for claims of third parties to Client related
to the conduct of their business. Consultant is not responsible for the
consequences of administrative violations committed by officials of the
Client.
Consultant is not an Audit firm, therefore this engagement cannot be relied
upon to disclose fraud or illegal acts. It is the responsibility of Client to
engage the service of an Internal or External Auditors to deter fraud or illegal
acts.
Consultant shall not be involved in Cash or Cheque handling and shall not be
responsibility in making or receiving Cash or Cheque or any other source of
payment instruments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES CLIENT

Client shall be responsible to:

provide all administrative infrastructure facility, information and access to

document as necessary to Accountant to perform his duty effectively
shall provide basic training client accounting software
Promptly and fully pay for the services of the Consultant within 7 days from
the completion of the month
Outsource Accountant services shall be supervised by client professional
Accountants.

CONSULTANCY CHARGES
We will work on Monthly consultancy fees of AED 9,000 per month all inclusive to be
paid after the closing of each month.
TERMINATION
Our services may be terminated by the management of Client at any time after
giving a notice of two week.
