I, PAMELA BARNET, declare as follows:
1. I am the pro se Plaintiff is this action.
2. 1 hereby apply ex parte to the Court for an Order shortening time for Hearing and
for noticing the Defendants to not less than 24 hours before the Hearing would take place.
 3. There is good cause for granting this application because irreparable harm will
ccur by allowing votes to count for an ineligible candidate for Secretary of State, Damon
Iunn, on the looming June 8,2010, primary election.
4. This Application is based on the attached Order to Show Cause for Injunctive
telief, my Declaration as a pro se Plaintiff, and all of the papers on file in this action as well
3s new documentation to be filed at the hearing .
I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that the
oregoing is true and correct and that on May 28 1 called Department 54 of the Sacramento
superior Court and secured an ex parte hearing and this Application will be executed June
