Productions and Operations Department

Product Operations Director - Reports directly to President. Responsible for the overall
direction, strategy, and planning and execution of the companys manufacturing operations.
Job Description:
Reports and communicates with the President plans on future product innovations
Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine
department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives
Directs manufacturing operations business plans to include all program requirements,
labor hours, cycle, production costs, and image
Provides input to the development of product strategy and research and development of
new and emerging products
Provides guidance for production and quality control standards, develops budget and
cost controls, and obtains data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery
dates of products ordered
Provides guidance to the development of a manufacturing process plan, including
personnel requirements, material needs, subcontract requirements, facility needs, and
tooling and equipment needs
Ensures all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met
Play and active role in senior-level negotiations with client companies and manufacturing
partners
Develop and manage budgeting and budget execution with a focus on product costs and
margins
Direct all production control, production process development, quality systems,
purchasing, and shipping/receiving activities
Partner with sales team to meet with customers to discuss and set scheduling timeliness
for product delivery
Reviews production and operating reports and directs the resolution of operational,
manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent

operational delays
Performs administrative activities associated with the effective management of shop

operations, including compiling, storing, and retrieving production data for reports
Manage employees and hands-on operation of the companys manufacturing function,

whether in-house or sub-contracted


Ensure that, as the company grows, manufacturing capabilities meet or exceed all
industry and customer requirements for cost, quality and responsiveness

Job Qualifications:
A graduate of BS degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, Industrial Engineering), preferably with MBA
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in product engineering, manufacturing
engineering, and/or operations of high-volume IC manufacturing in a certified
manufacturing organization
Experience in materials management, from planning through purchasing, and
negotiation and administration of procurement agreements
Established relationships with the full range of worldwide sub-contract manufacturers
and familiarity with their capabilities, pricing strategies, and negotiation tactics
Success deploying commercial components into high-volume production with fast time

to-market and cost-sensitivity requirements


Self-starter and a team player that will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
Large and small company experience, ideally in leading manufacturing in a rapidgrowth environment

Processing Equipment Manager Reports directly to Productions and Operations Director


Job Description:

Oversees the progress and process of productions and prepares a production schedule
Ensures that the production is cost effective.
Monitors and ensures that products are produced without delays and of good quality
Working out the human and material resources needed;
Drafting a timescale for the job;
Estimating costs and setting the quality standards;
Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;
Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs;
Liaising among different departments, e.g. marketing and finance;
Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;

Job Qualifications:

A degree holder of any engineering course, preferably a manufacturing engineer


Been in the field of productions for at least 10 years
Good project management skills
The ability to communicate clearly with staff at all levels
Possesses good presentation skills
Has knowledge in Information Technology
Advanced problem-solving skills
An understanding of manufacturing processes
Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards

The ability to make effective decisions under pressure and to work to deadlines

Assembler Reports directly to Processing Equipment Manager the layout and fabricates
metal elements and assemblies. He executes the requirements of the work orders and
processes material accordingly.

Job Description:
Joins, fabricates, and repairs metal and other weld able material by applying appropriate

welding techniques
Assemble all components with help of power and hand tools
Operate various manual and automated welding equipment for welding work
Maintain disc grinder and perform all cleaning and grinding of metals
Ensure clean weld joint to obtain smooth look
Examine work pieces for defects

Job Qualifications:
At least TESDA graduate with training and NC II Certificate
May require at least six months of experience in the field or in a related area
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a
particular field
Must possess mechanical or technical Skills to be able to read and understand
blueprints, manuals, and work with computers, machines to do their job.
Strength to lift heavy objects during the assembly process.
Good health condition or stamina for long periods of time often doing repetitious
motions.
Logistics and Distribution Manager reports directly to the Productions and Operations
Director. Organizes the safe and efficient storage and distribution of goods, and to ensure that
orders are satisfied correctly.
Job Description:
organizes shipments and prepares paperwork for regulatory bodies for compliance
coordinating drivers, vehicles to make sure that products are delivered accordingly and
satisfactory

operating IT systems
negotiates in contract agreements
developing and confirming schedules
planning for and negotiating technical difficulties
preparing paperwork for regulatory bodies
liaising and managing staff and also assists with training of new employees
implements health and safety standards
Completes documentation such as pick lists, bills of lading, work orders and shipping
orders using computer-based technology
Completes daily shipping and receiving logs
Dispatches freight for delivery and arranges for pickups
Records shipment data such as weight, charges and damages
Contacts carrier representative to make arrangements and to issue shipping instructions
and delivery of materials
Rectifies problems such as damages, shortages and non-conformance to specifications
Documents and escalates any customer service issues and/or shipping/receiving errors
Completes safety reports in relation to health and safety issues
Reviews expediting schedules on all customer orders
Obtains and forwards information to planning and sales teams
Job Qualifications:

BS degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience


Preferably 2 4 years of working experience specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain
Advanced spreadsheet proficiency, Google Drive and Gmail experience
Strong numeric skills an excellent geographic knowledge
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with dispatchers, truck drivers,
and co-workers, including clarity of thought and explanation, as some will not use

English as their first language

Logistics Officer reports directly to the Logistics and Distribution Manager


Job Description:
Assists and communicates to the Logistics and Distribution Manager
Checks all invoices for logistics services against service requests made from the
logistics coordinator. Verifies, summarizes and submits invoice package to the logistics

coordinator for certification


Receives shipments and ensure both quality and quantity
Traces, tracks and expedites purchase processes
Maintains communication with warehouse staff to ensure proper working order
Ensures all payments are processed in time
Assists customers with inquiries
Organizes files both manually and electronically
Monitors and facilitate repair orders
Reconciles hand receipts
Monitors and summarizes all expenditure and provides activity report to the logistics

coordinator
Executes additional administration tasks at the request of the logistic coordinator
Job Qualifications:
BS degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience
Preferably at least one (1) year of working experience specializing in Logistics/Supply
Chain
Computer skills, including internet navigation, and various office applications
Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
Ability to identify potential problems before they occur. Proactive in preparation and uses

Driver is responsible for the safe transportation of equipment and materials to and from all job
sites.

Job Description:
Delivery of items, documentation ensuring accurate capture of what the item or
documentation is, and who received the item with the appropriate signatures.

Responsible for routine fueling, lubricating, and servicing of the vehicle.


Conduct maintenance of the vehicle.
Perform pre-trip inspections of the vehicle.
Maneuver and control the vehicle in a safe fashion, which includes handling the vehicle
on-site and in over-the-road situations, proper signaling, searching for hazards,
controlling speed, lane positioning, matching speeds to road conditions (wet, dry), and
the ability to drive during the daytime or nighttime.

Job Qualifications:

Must have drivers license

Warehouse Keeper reports directly to the Productions and Operations Director
Job Description:
Works closely with production department & finance department regarding incoming
deliveries of goods or equipments.
Controls and monitors the movement of all inventory items and ensures that inventory
items are available when required
Responsible for all incoming deliveries and shipment and safe keeping of all stock
located within the warehouse
Operates procedures for activities such as verification of incoming to and outgoing from
of equipment / materials shipments from the warehouse
Handling and disposition of inventory items and keeping warehouse inventory current
and accurate
Compares deliveries with specifications indicated on purchase orders/contract document
and prepares discrepancy reports for any item not in compliance
Prepares receiving reports upon receipt of the goods after inspecting that such goods

are in good condition and matches the purchase order description.


Using delivery documentation or delivery notes, prepares items for dispatch to clients
Inspects physical condition of the storage area, materials and equipment
Performs other duties as assigned to support other department when required
Keeps the warehouse clean and presentable

Job Qualifications

At least TESDA graduate with training and NC II Certificate


Two years of progressively responsible experience maintaining and controlling inventory
Knowledge of methods, techniques and practices of maintaining inventory
Basic business mathematics
Methods and techniques used to maintain a safe working environment, including the

safe operation of materials handling equipment.


Methods and practices used in receiving, storing and issuing materials, supplies, tools,
and equipment
