Extension of Period for Filing of Candidacy
Promulgated: 6 September 2016

WHEREAS, as stipulated in the 2016 Sanggunian Constitution under Article IV, Section 1.4 and Article V, Section 2.3, course representatives
shall be elected per year level by every course.
WHEREAS, having been mandated to administer and facilitate the Sanggunian elections under Article XII, Section1.2.2 of the Sanggunian
Constitution, the Commission has devised a formula that made use of the latest population per year level per course to determine the number of
course representatives in every year level and course.
WHEREAS, such population data has been given by the Loyola Schools Office of the Registrar on September 5, 2016 upon the request of the
Commission.
WHEREAS, Appendix A presents the number of seats allocated for the position of Course Representatives per year level for every course.
NOW THEREFORE, the list below shall officially be the basis for the open seats available for the said position in this election.
This document shall take effect immediately subsequent to the promulgation of this resolution.
