1. Preface
The present document is intended to outline the procedure for
Development of Data
Sheets for Water/Foam Monitor.
This document, as a part of the quality management system, is under
control and its latest revision will be issued to Tehran Raymand and its
relevant organizational units.
2. Applicable Documents
The following documents have to be obtained by the Project Lead
Engineer and referred to by the Engineer, prior to filling the data sheets:
Design Basis

Relevant Appendices of the Contract (if applicable)

Vendor Data

Blank Data Sheet in Project Format

Design Criteria for Fire Fighting System


A sample copy of the Data Sheets is attached in Attachment of the
present document.
3. Definitions
Project Lead Engineer is the Lead Engineer directly responsible for the
performance of activities of the project, set forth by the Project Manager
and/or Head of the department.
Engineer is the engineer responsible to fill out the Data Sheets under the
direct supervision of the Project Lead engineer.
4. Overview
In order to assist the engineer, a set of step-wise instructions for filling
the appropriate data into the Data Sheets are pointed out in the table in
clause 6 of the present document. This table shows the relevant
documents, which shall be referred by Engineer to prepare the Data
Sheet.
The data sheet is enclosed in Attachment of the present document.
5. General Requirements
For filling the Data Sheet, all documents which are listed in item No. 2
shall be available.

The project Lead Engineer is responsible to obtain and ensure that the
latest revision/edition of the mentioned documents are used by the
Engineer.
After filling the Data Sheet by Engineer, the Project Lead Engineer is
responsible to thoroughly check and confirm the Data Sheet. This Data
Sheet has to be final approved by Project Manager and/or Head of
Department. Then the Data Sheet will be issued to relevant department.
In case of any change in the data, Data Sheet has to be revised and
reissued to the concerned department with a change request.

6. Procedure
The following instructions shall be used to fill in the Data Sheets:
For project name and client name refer to Design Basis.
For Doc. No. refer to Doc. Numbering procedure.
