PRIORITY CLUB
The Priority Club is our Premier Supplier Listing Platform. The criteria listed below will be applied with maximum consideration given to our
Members, Head Office and Suppliers, resulting in what we term sustainable mutual benefit.
Successful application processes adhere to a policy of a variety of stringent, but easily achievable criteria, including:
1. Ability to work COOPERATIVELY with the Essential Team.
2. A suitable, agreeable and joint growth STRATEGY.
3. Must be aligned with our Value system/charter.
4. Must MAINTAIN any agreed upon strategy or participation to retain membership.
5. Must be able to contextualise the difference between our preferred suppliers and Priority Club.
6. Should actively promote the Essential Brand on various communications, including Social Media, Links from suppliers website,
mentions in Public Relations and Testimonials of successes with our stores and Head Office.

SOCIAL MEDIA
Our Corporate Social Media Platforms (Facebook & Twitter) specifically TARGET Retail & Franchise StoreOwners.
All our listed Suppliers are invited to participate on this medium by:
1. Supplying us with PREPARED posts of pictures and copy SUITABLE for Social Media Posts.
2. We will supply each supplier (applicants only) with a website address and login to upload CONTENT.
3. We will post this (relevant & Qualifying) content to our Corporate Pages, reaching Buyers & Storeowners of Essential Hardware AND
any other Followers on our corporate page/s.
4. Furthermore, we will, from time to time, advertise and promote posts on these platforms for greater engagement.

We send out a weekly emailer to our Members & their Buyer, containing Specials, negotiated by Head Office, with selected suppliers.
1. This platform is limited to 5 or 6 suppliers per week, and only the best specials that are SPECIFIC to Essential Hardware will be
accepted for this platform.
2. General Supplier Specials available to various Retail Brands are not suited to this platform.
3. On request, we can make the reports, on readership and click-thrus, available to you for analysis and comparison to your nett results.

WEBSITE BACKLINKS
Google & other Search Engines place substantial credibility when there are backlinks from your/our web sites to our/your web sites. The key criteria
is that the cross-links must be RELEVANT, credible and complementary.
1. In order to do so, we need a bigger picture strategy to align with implementing such a step (for both parties).
2. This can also be done on our Store Specific Websites (Microsites)
3. This program will be underway within the next 3-4 months.

Assisted Campaigns
We encourage suppliers to work with our Members (who stock your product) and assist in executing promotions to sell your product THROUGH the
store using various platforms:
1. eMail Campaigns - Using a database of Building Contractors that are profiled around each store address, we can target a campaign for the store
with your product being promoted.
2. SMS Campaign - Same as above, but by SMS
3. Leaflets - Contribute to a leaflet distribution, promoting your product, store by store (or a group of stores)
4. Online - Using EACH stores Facebook page, you can promote your brand to THEIR followers that are in THEIR area. Furthermore, we can facilitate
Facebook advertising for you through each stores Facebook page, reaching a targeted demography with specific interests.
5. Online - Whatever we do on email promotions, leaflets or SMS, we automatically post to the stores website (if they have one)
