In UK, hospital needs part-time staff (as nurse / worker) as per requirements.

Parttime staff for shift management in hospitals managed by agency. Agency have an
organization, managed by Admin, Manager and Coordinator. Here part-time jobseeker
for hospital (Like employees / students etc.) can register themselves and set their
availability for available part-time job. On other hand hospital authority request for
vacant staff to agencies.
There will be the following types of user for this web system:
1. Admin => Could do everything.
2. Manager => They cannot create Admin Type user. All other features will be
same as Admin.
3. Coordinator => They can manage staff (except deletion), check different kind of
reports etc.
4. Staff/Student => After giving authentication by top level of users, staff could
manage their own booking information only.
Process flow:
1. Hospital authority will call / email for any requirements of Staffs to the office staff
(Admin / Manager / Coordinator).
2. Agency office coordinators will receive the call / message and will create shift /
shifts as per Hospital requirements.
3. Then, office coordinator will message (via phone call / dashboard / mail / text
massage) to all active staffs.
4. After getting confirmation about staff's availability, office coordinator will confirm
Hospital about staffs. This confirmation will be done from this system.
5. After receiving service from staff, Hospital authority will confirm agency office
coordinator about that and office coordinator will update the shifts as confirmed /
cancelled.
6. Staff could cancel any shift from their own dashboard. Hospital could cancel by
making phone call to agency. Then, agency coordinator could cancel the shift.
7. During cancellation by staff, office coordinator will be notified about this and could
place other staff or cancel the shift.
8. One staff cannot be booked for multiple places for the same shift at a particular
date.
9. Only single person could be allocated for a specific shift.
Reports:
1. Staff reports
a. When looking at a specific staff admin should be able to see the shifts
completed, shifts cancelled, the dates and how many hours and the amount
of pay and method of pay.
b. Number of vacancies not able to fulfil by agency.
c. Should be able to select a time frame and generate the report.
2. Hospital Reports
Select a hospital report and choose time frame to generate report. Report
contains a. The bookings made for the specific dates or week or month.
b. Staff assigned Payment receivables etc.

1) Hospital create, update, delete along with units management.
2) User management, staff registration along with draft saving and auto user
creation etc.

3) Staff shift creation as per hospital request.


4) Staff dashboard creation for his/her availability management, edit profile,
service report that he / she will complete, service report that done by himself /
herself.
5) Admin enquiry management for staff availability, staff's confirmation about
availability, cancellation, final allocation etc. (Show alert message when
allocated hours will cross maximum allowed hours).
6) Report generation.
