Based on the Decision No. 4047/Q-BCA dated December 11, 2009 issued by the Public Security
Minister, regarding the function, responsibility, jurisdiction and organization structure of the Logistics and
Engineering General Departments;
Based on the Circular No. 50/2012/TT-BCA dated August 08, 2012 issued by the Public Security
Minister, regarding the work assignment of various levels of Public Security over cadre organization of the
Peoples Public Security;
Based on the Circular No. 25/2011/TT-BCA dated May 04, 2011 issued by the Public Security Minister,
regarding the appointment and reappointment of the leaders and the commanders of the Peoples Public
Security;
Based on the Decision issued by The Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Leaders of the
Logistics and Engineering General Departments, in the session of June 19, 2013;
Consider the proposal of the Director of the Logistics and Engineering Staff Department, the Director of
BCA Thang Long One Member Limited Liability Company,

DECIDE:
Article 1. Fixed term appointment Captain Tran Van Ha, born in 1974; motherland: Bac Ly, Hiep Hoa,
Bac Giang; Chief of Import-Export Department, as well as the Deputy Director of BCA Thang Long One
Member Limited Liability Company of the Logistics and Engineering General Departments, the Ministry of
Public Security.
Article 2. This Decision is effective from the date of signing.
Article 3. the Director of the Logistics and Engineering Staff Department, the Director of BCA Thang
Long One Member Limited Liability Company, Heads of related units and Captain Tran Van Ha have
responsibilities for implementing this Decision./.
