Students have to forward this renewal application form soon after announcement of their University results or within (15) days.
Students need not wait for the original Memos of the University. They can enclose Memos downloaded from Internet, provided they are certified by the concerned college Principal.
Universities which conduct examinations twice or thrice i.e. on semester wise in a particular academic year, such students have to forward renewal applications only once in an academic year.
They have to arrive at a single percentage only after calculating all the semester examination of a particular academic year. Students are prohibited from forwarding renewal application
forms on semester wise.
3) Principals should ensure that students fill all the year-wise percentage columns in the renewal application form.

Students who have passed 2 and 3rd year examination have to mention their previous years percentage in the relevant column even if they have mentioned in their previous years renewal appls.
Incomplete and late received renewal application forms will be rejected.
