Find & Replace

Q. Create a document containing text that should be


properly aligned with proper format Use Replace all option in
find and replace to replace each instance of some word
and then highlight the replace word?

Steps:
1. Select replace option at right corner of Home toolbar
2. Write word in Find what column you want to replace And in
replace with column from that word
3. Then Click on Replace all Button for replace
4. Then you see a dialog box written as completion of
process
5. All the word now replace with another word.

Steps:
1. Select Find option at right corner of Home toolbar
2. Write the word you want to find in Find what option
3. Click on Reading Highlight option then Highlight all
4. All the word in document gets Highlighted .
