superintendent (Civil) from 01st of March 2013 to up to date.
Division- Consultancy Division
Duty Record
As a Site Representative of Consultancy Group of SEC,
Proposed Additions and Improvements to Upgrade Ayurweda hospital,
Borella to a Teaching Hospital - Stage II. From the commencement of the
site up to the completion of Pilling works.
Constriction of Building Complex for Pre-Clinical Department, Library,
canteen and Teaching at the Medical Faculty, University of Colombo
Mainly the pile cap construction work, Bridge work
Proposed Building Project for Faculty of Architecture - Phase IV from the
commencement of site up to the Ground floor structure.
Renovation/Refurbishment Works at Faculty of Medicine, University of
Colombo Auditorium, Canteen, Entrance etc. Renovation.

I took care of ISO work of Consultancy Division. Under which I

coordinated the Designs (Structural), Architecture, Electrical, Quantity
Surveying Divisions and Island wide sites for ISO QMS and EMS systems
related work.
I represented consultancy division for Internal and External ISO audits
and participate as a member of internal audit teams.
I assisted divisions work with the knowledge of Civil Engineering
combined with my computer literacy (MS office Package, Auto Cad, MS
Project, Autodesk Revit, knowledge on computer hardware and system
software maintenance etc), English language and Management skills to
DGM(Cy),Project Managers, Engineers, Architects, Quantity surveyors
with their Project Management work which included coordination of
Clients and Contractors Where I gained in-depth knowledge and immense
experience on project administration, appropriate communication, Time,
Cost and Quality controlling strategies etc.
2. Trained at State Engineering Corporation of Sri Lanka (SECSL) as a
Superintendent (Civil) from 21st of Augusts 2012 to 28thof February 2013.
Division - Consultancy Division

Duty Record
As a Site Representative of Consultancy Group of SEC
Extension to the Treasury building, Colombo Fort under the supervision
of DGM (CY)and Chief Architect in my training period. Supervision works
of Transformer room construction.

Multistoried Married Quarters Complex for Sri Lanka Air Force,

Guwanpura. Supervision work was mainly related to Plastering, Painting,
Electrical installations, defect Inspecting and rectification, As Built
Drawing, Landscaping, Interlocking, Access roads (Asphalt), Precast
Drains, Bridge works.

I was trained to work as a Superintendent (Civil) in the Project

Management Unit of Consultancy Group during training period.
3. Trained at Central Engineering Consultancy Bureau(CECB) as an Engineering
Assistant From 21stof February 2012 to 20thof Augusts 2012.

Project -Preliminary Care Unit Building for Base Hospital, Panadura
