supervised the logistical, intelligence and personnel operations of the brigade.
Orchestrated the movement of more than 700 personnel and 48 helicopters into and out of
the ROK during a unit rotation with no reduction in the effectiveness of the brigade.
Managed the movement of 40 air defense missile systems into and out of the ROK during
an equipment upgrade with negligible change to mission readiness.
As the Operations Officer, developed and implemented plans for the basing, fielding and
tactical operations of the brigade.
Managed an 11,000 hour, $25 million annual flying program and allocated funds and
resources between two helicopter units ensuring fully trained and ready personnel.
