NOTE:
1. Never open the device while the AC input supply is switched on. Capacitors of the parallel connected
inverters must be discharged before working on the terminals or inside the device.
2. Do not touch or damage any components when handling the device. The changing of the isolation
gaps or the removing of the isolation and covers is not permissible. If the front plate has to be
removed because of a room temperature between 40 - 50 C, the user has to check that no occasional
contact with energized parts may occur.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
3. Protect the device from impermissible environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, shock etc.)
4. No external voltage should be connected to the output of the converter (terminals C and D).
5. Only capacitative load (DC link of the inverter) can be connected to the output of the converter
(terminals C and D).
6. Always connect the converter to the protective ground cable (PE ground) via the connection terminals
marked and the housing. The discharge current to ground is greater than 3.5 mA. A second ground
line must be provided in this case, in accordance with EN 50178 (VDE 0160). It is also recommended that the ground cable should have a cross section of at least 10 mm2.
7. The electrical commissioning should only be carried out by qualified personnel, who are also responsible for the provision of a suitable ground connection and a cable protection for the power
supply in accordance with the local and national regulations.
8. No discharge current tests should be carried out on parts of the converter. A suitable measuring
instrument (internal resistance of at least 10 k/V) should be used for measuring the signal voltage.
9. The converter should be properly protected by recommended fuses semiconductor protection type.
Others power components in the system, lines, contactor, mains choke, autotransformer ... should be
protected by line type fuses.

Rect and Regen bridge inputs are connected in parallel and are supplied through the autotransformer.
Throughout the following text this power circuit configuration will be refered to as PCC2.
If the mains with higher voltage than standard is available such that it would be equal to one after
autotransformer when supplied from standard voltage (e.g. use of 400V devices on 480V systems),
autotransformer can be omitted. Also in that case, rated output voltage can be achieved.

Input voltage
Rect power bridge of SR32 converters in configuration PCC1 (figure 2.3.1) can be connected to the
three phase supply having the principal electrical parameters as listed in the following table in column 1.
It is recommended to match available mains voltage with the converter voltage rating.
Regen power bridge in configuration PCC1 (figure 2.3.1) must be connected through the step-up
autotransformer with the corresponding transforming ratio as listed in the table below. For the
autotransformer specifications see section 4.9.
In any configuration PCC1, PCC2 or PCC3 (figures 2.3.1, 2.3.2, 2.3.3), the voltage applied to Rect
and Regen bridge terminals must not exceed values given in column 3.

NOTE!
An input mains choke / reactor is mandatory equipment for operation of SR32 line
regen converters. See list of recommended mains chokes in section 4.8.
The short circuit impedence of the three phase supply must be such that when added with impedance of
the recommended mains choke, see section 4.8, the resulting voltage drop at full input current must not
exceed 5...6%.
NOTE!
Disregarding this requirement will result in the limitation of the converter performance in terms of the available output voltage.
NOTE!
Input currents
The AC input currents for both Rect and Regen power inputs in configuration PCC1 (figure 2.3.1)
listed in the following table represent calculated equivalent RMS currents based on the rated output
converter current ( continuous service - IEC146 class 1).
It should be noted that due to the high harmonic content typical for this type of converters the true RMS
value of the input current may slightly differ from the one provided in table.

NOTE!
The AC input current for Rect and Regen bridge are different because the voltage on
the Rect bridge is higher then the Regen bridge.
2.4.3. DC output
The SR32 converter has been designed to feed a single or common bus connected inverters. Therefore
only capacitive load can be connected to its output terminals.
No series inductors, resistors or filters must be connected between SR32 converter output and the inverter DC link input. It is not possible to connect an external voltage to the converter output terminals.
The operation without any load is not possible. It is also not possible to connect in parallel the outputs of
more SR32 converters.
Output currents
The output DC link currents refer to the continuative operation with an ambient temperature 40C.
A current reduction must be applied for higher temperatures, see "Permissible ambient conditions".

Output voltage
The nominal output converter voltage depends on the input voltage and on the power circuit configuration. It should also be considered that voltage tolerance specified for the input applies also to the converter output voltage. The values given in the table take into account also the voltage drop of 4% due to
the input mains choke at rated converter output current. The DC link voltage may be higher on transient
bases if a regenerative load is being applied.

The steady state accuracy on the output DC link voltage regulation with respect to the reference DC link
voltage depends on factors such as: stability of the mains voltage, stability of the load DC link current,
amount of the DC link capacitance of the parallel connected inverters, tuning of the inner current and
outer DC link voltage regulation loop. Typical steady state accuracy is 2%.
DC link capacitors
Recommended minimum value of the loading capacitor i.e. DC link capacitor for the parallel connected
inverter sections is given in the table bellow:

DC link capacitor has an influence on the achievable dynamic performance of the complete drive system
because it act as a temporary energy storage element.
Therefore, for the systems which require increased power dynamic e.g. acceleration, decelaration and
speed reversal with the short ramp times, additional buffering capacitors may be required.
There are no limits on the maximum DC link capacitor value admissible when the inverters are fed from
SR32.
NOTE!
For the indications and recommendation how to physicaly set-up a common DC link
connection see section 4.11.

The user can adapt the configuration to the requirements of the application concerned via the keypad, the
serial interface or a bus connection
NOTE!
Given the high nummer of standard I/Os, the SR32 does not support I/O expansion
card TBO.
To improve the noise immunity of the I/O analog channels it is advisable to make
connection between the terminal 10 (or 20) and terminal 11. When the terminals 11
of more devices are connected together, the above mentioned connection has to be
done on one device only. On the other devices a 10nF / 2 kV capacitor has to be
inserted between the terminals 10 and 11.
Low level wiring such as +24V and control signals are to be run separately from
power wiring keeping at least 25 mm separation and crossing at right angles.

For correct protection of the thyristors in both power bridges it is necessary use fast acting fuses on the
Rect bridge, Regen bridge and DC link output separately.
Use recommended fuses from the table 4.6.1.1.
Examples of the slow fuses for line and autotransformer protection are given.
The fuses are externally mounted.
The 1050 A devices have the fuses of both power bridges internally mounted. Blown fuse detection is
provided. Only output fuses are mounted externally.

1.
The maximum recommended physical length of the common bus connection is 5m. This distance
is meant between the output C, D terminals of the SR32 unit and the most distant inverter.
2.
When using a single inverter, the DC bus connection length can be at maximum two meters. The
same is valid for the first inverter connected in a multi-inverter system.
3.
Every possible measure should be taken when designing your multi-inverter system in the cabinet
to minimize DC bus length.
4.
The C and D common bus leads should have the same length.
5.
The order of the inverters inserted on the DC bus should be based on power criteria, i.e. inverters
of greater power must be inserted closer to SR32 unit etc.
6.
In case that all inverters are of the same power, then inverters with the most heavy duty cycle
should be connected closer to SR32 unit.
7.
When laying out the DC bus it is prefferred to put the SR32 in the physical center of the bus rather
then at the end.

The cross-section of common bus must be appropriately selected for the aggregate (net) current of
all inverters. The indications on the required cross-sections for DC link connection can be found
in table 4.2.2.
9.
The common bus should have the same cross-sections on its total length (do not mix wire sizes).
10.
The solution with solid bus-bars is more preferred then the solution with cables.
11.
If possible, laminated bus-bars should be used (bars put together along their flatter side with
isolation in between). Such a solution minimizes the stray inductance of the connection.
12.
DC link input of each inverter should be protected by fast acting fuses. For fuses size and rating
refer to the inverter instruction book. The output of SR32 unit should be protected as described in
section 4.6.1.
13.
The inverters should be connected to the common bus directly by permanent mechanical connection. The use of switches or contactors is limited. Inverter disconnection or insertion is possible
only when SR32 is disabled and DC bus is completly discharged.
14.
All mechanical connections should be executed properly minimizing thus any parasitic resistance.
15.
If additional external DC link capacitors are required, besides the inverter internal capacitors,
these must be properly designed with discharge resistors, voltage divider resistors, etc.
16.
DC input of an inverter must enable direct connection to the internal DC link capacitor, i.e. the
inverter own precharge circuit must be bypassed because the precharge is accomplished by SR32
unit.
17.
It is not possible to connect/disconnect the inverters when the common bus is powered.
18.
It is not advisable to operate the common bus system after one or more of its inverters have been
disconnected. Unless retune the SR32.
19.
It is possible to connect an additional braking unit to the common bus (for the applications with
high dynamic), providing that its on/off thresholds are properly set and do not overlap the voltage
levels of the normal operation of SR32 unit.
20.
Some resistive load up to 20% of the rated converter load can be connected to common bus providing
that its input voltage is compatible with the standard DC link voltage. The load of resistive character
may also vary slowly during the operation and it must not be disconnected suddenly.

CONVERTER OPERATION
The steps to follow during commissioning of SR32 converter are summarized in the flow chart below. It
is assumed that device keypad is used to command the device and to read/enter required parameters. In
case that WIN SR program is employed, its features to read/enter parameters and to command the device
should be used. For carrying out the circuit identification, the program built-in identification window
should be used. The commissioning sequence is the same.

If the mains choke different than recommended
one is used, tuning/optimization of current regulator must
be done before proceeding further. Follow the procedure
described in section 6.4.1. If tuning/optimization is not
done at this stage, the circuit identification carried in the
next step may produce erroneous results. In any case the
tuning/optimization of current regulator must always be
done when using choke different then recommended in
table 4.8.1 (chapter 4.8).

In this setup, the DClink is charged and discharged periodically by the constant current with the frequency determined by Gen frequency parameter. The maximum (charged) and minimum (discharge)
DClink voltage levels are determined by Gen offset and Gen amplitude parameters (it is recommended
to use default values 0.5Hz, -20%, 10% respectively). The final DC link voltage reference is obtained by
the addition of the test generator output and the voltage reference calculated from the available mains
voltage at Regen bridge input.
The current is constant (determined by DClink cur lim parameter) only within a certain range, until the
DC link voltage reach its charged/discharged steady state level. The waveforms observed on the oscilloscope (large time scale) are depicted in figure 6.4.1.1.
Figure 6.4.1.1: Initial setup, PI regulator gains tuning: DClink cur ref and DClink current
(oscilloscope settings: vertical scale 1V/div, horizontal scale 0.5s/div)
Figure 6.4.1.1.1: Rectifier mode tuning: DClink cur ref and DClink current
(oscilloscope settings: vertical scale 1V/div, horizontal scale 10ms/div)
If DClink cur act is selected on Analog output 2, the waveforms depicted in figure 6.4.1.1.2. can be
observed. The DClink cur act signal corresponds to the actual converter output current while DClink
current is averaged current every thyristor trigger event.
Figure 6.4.1.1.2: Rectifier mode tuning: DClink cur ref and DClink cur act
(oscilloscope settings: vertical scale 1V/div, horizontal scale 10ms/div)
Figure 6.4.1.1.3. illustrates that the integral gain is too high. The response is fast but the oscillations in
DClink current are unacceptable and the integral gain must be reduced.
Figure 6.4.1.1.3: Rectifier mode tuning, integral gain too high: DClink cur ref and DClink current
(oscilloscope settings: vertical scale 1V/div, horizontal scale 10ms/div)

Figure 6.4.1.3.1: Initial setup, Pre-control tuning: DClink cur ref and DClink current
(oscilloscope settings: vertical scale 1V/div, horizontal scale 200ms/div)
As in sections 6.4.1.1 and 6.4.1.2, first the rectifier, and subsequently regenerative mode is examined. By
having different settings of Rect alfa pre and Regen alfa pre parameters, it is possible to modify DC
link current response. A lower pre-control angle corresponds to the higher current right after the bridge
inversion. The DC link current response should be around 20ms without any overshoot, similar to figure
6.4.1.1.1. and figure 6.4.1.2.1. Although changing the above parameters allows to achieve faster response, the tuning should be done for recommended 20ms. Examples of tuning in rectifier and regenerative mode are shown in figure 6.4.1.3.2 and figure 6.4.1.3.3 respectively..

Parameters Rect CD factor and Regen CD factor determine the PI regulator gains reduction factors
which are applied after the reference current exceeds the C/D boundary set by the Rect CD cur thr and
Regen CD cur thr parameters. The actual current regulator Proportional and Integral gains for rectifier
and regenerative mode respectively are always calculated by applying the Gain adaptation factor:
DClinkC P in use = DClink Curr P Gain adaptation factor
DClinkC I in use = DClink Curr I Gain adaptation factor
The Gain adaptation factor varies as shown in figure 6.4.2.1. in relation to the reference DC link current.
The factor parameters Rect CD factor and Regen CD factor must be set to such values that output DC
link current does not oscillate when the converter operates in continuous conduction. A small oscillation
when crossing the C/D boundary is permitted but it must drop off quickly. Tuning can be done by observing the currents DClin cur ref and DClink current programmed on analog outputs.
The examples of tuning for corresponding parameters for rectifier mode are shown in figure 6.4.2.2. and
figure 6.4.2.3.
A single inverter is connected to the DC link and the motor acceleration transient has been used to carry
out the tuning.
In the first case (figure 6.4.2.2), the tuning is insufficient. Parameter Rect CD cur thr is set to a higher
value than the real C/D boundary, increased oscillation/ripple can be observed on the waveform of DClink
current starting from about 55% of rated converter current.
The second figure shows correct behaviour after the parameters Rect CD cur thr and Rect CD factor
have been reduced.

When using a WIN SR configuration program to carry out the identification, an identification window
should be called up which can be used to carry out the same operations as described above.
If the value of total capacitance connected to the DC link is known, e.g., from the inverter data book, it
is also possible to skip the identification procedure and specify it directly by setting this parameter. The
automatic gains calculation and assignment will also be done.
14
NOTE!
Circuit identification must always be done when total DC link capacitance is changed,
for example, when connecting or disconnecting inverters from the common bus system.
No resistive load may be connected to the DC link when running the identification.
If previous parameter values are desired, device may be simply switched off and then
on. Previously saved parameters are loaded.
Upon finishing, parameters must be saved with the command Save parameters in
order to take effect next time when the device is powered up.
15
Only PI regulator gains can be tuned manually by this procedure. It is not recommended to manually tune
the State Feedback gains due to the immense complexity of the regulation theory involved.
NOTE!
At the end of tuning, test generator must be disconnected, DClink cur lim must be
restored and parameters saved with the command Save Parameters.

The signal is received as an analog signal. In that case, a connection between the inverter analog output
(available by using optional TBO card ) and SR32 converter analog input (FF input) must be established
as shown in figure 6.7.1. It is necessary to set on the inverter analog output Feed fwd power signal.
The feedback may also be provided in digital form through one of the fast communication channels
(Process Data Channels) of the field bus interface that can be installed as an option.
In both cases it is necessary to input a scale of the feedback power signal, Full load power parameter.
The feedforward power calculated inside the inverter is scaled as follows:
(1)
This power corresponds to the full range of the inverter analog output (10V) and full scale of Power FF
bus parameter (215 -1). The Full load curr and Mains voltage are the inverter parameters.
NOTE!
External feed forward control is suitable for single inverter system only.

Total value of the load circuit capacitance in millifarads. The value of DClink
capacitance can be measured automatically by the converter circuit identification
function, see section 6.5, that should be executed during the commissioning
procedure. The result of the automatic measurement is recorded in this parameter.
The parameter can also be entered directly if the value of total capacitance

PARAMETERS DESCRIPTION
Pre-control angle for Rect bridge in electrical degrees. By properly setting this
angle, as described in section 6.4.1.3., a faster output current response to the
change of the reference right after the Regen to Rect bridge inversion may be
obtained.
Parameter of Gains adaptation block denoting discontinuous/continuous output current boundary for Rect bridge in percent of the Rated conv curr parameter. For proper setting of this angle refer to section 6.4.2.
Rect CD factor
Current regulator gains reduction factor for Rect bridge. It is applied when
reference current exceeds discontinuous/continuous current boundary set by Rect
CD cur thr parameter. Parameter belongs to the Gains adaptation block. For
proper setting of this parameter refer to section 6.4.2.
Parameter of Gains adaptation block denoting discontinuous/continuous output current boundary for Regen bridge in percent of the Rated conv curr parameter. For proper setting of this angle refer to section 6.4.2.
Regen CD factor
Current regulator gains reduction factor for Regen bridge. It is applied when
reference current exceeds discontinuous/continuous current boundary set by
Regen CD cur thr parameter. Parameter belongs to the Gains adaptation block.
For proper setting of this parameter refer to section 6.4.2.
Current reference threshold for the Regen to Rect bridge inversion in percent of
the Rated conv curr parameter. Parameter of Invert deadband block. An
inversion is made from Regen to Rect bridge when the current reference exceeds
the value set by this parameter.
Current reference threshold for the Rect to Regen bridge inversion in percent of
the Rated conv curr parameter. Parameter of Invert deadband block. An
inversion is made from Rect to Regen bridge when the current reference exceeds
the value set by this parameter.
Positive threshold in Volts for DC link voltage error. Parameter belongs to the
DClink voltage error deadband block. A signal is applied to PI voltage regulator
when the voltage error exceeds the value set by this parameter, otherwise a zero
is applied. This prevents changes in the current reference from the proportional
action of voltage regulator in case that link voltage slightly changes/oscillates.
Negative threshold in Volts for DC link voltage error. Parameter belongs to the
DClink voltage error deadband block. A signal is applied to PI voltage regulator when the voltage error exceeds the value set by this parameter, otherwise a
zero is applied. This prevents changes in the current reference from the
proportional action of voltage regulator in case that link voltage slightly changes/
oscillates.

General symmetrical DC link current limit in percent of the Rated conv curr
parameter. When this parameter is entered, both the positive and negative current
limits, parameters DClink cur lim+ and DClink cur lim- are set to the value
specified for this parameter. On the other hand when these two parameters are
subsequently set to the lower values the parameter DClink cur lim is set to a
value which is minimum of these two parameters.
Positive DC link current limit in percent of the Rated conv curr parameter.
When this parameter is entered after DClink cur lim, the positive limit becomes
equal to one set by this parameter.
Negative DC link current limit in percent of the Rated conv curr parameter.
When this parameter is entered after DClink cur lim, the negative limit becomes
equal to one set by this parameter.
In use positive DC link current limit in percent of the Rated conv curr parameter.
In use limit is provided because during precharge or discharge sequences the
current limit is determined by Pre/Dis current parameter and not by DClink
cur lim+.
In use negative DC link current limit in percent of the Rated conv curr parameter.
In use limit is provided because during precharge or discharge sequences the
current limit is determined by Pre/Dis current parameter and not by In use
DCcr lim-.
Unlike the inverters or converters for drive applications, the line regen converters cannot operate in
current limit conditions for a prolonged time. The current limits are used to protect the device and the
power components in the outside circuit like mains choke, autotransformer from the excessive load only.
A typical behaviour when the DC link current reference reaches the positive limit is a rapid decrease of
12
PARAMETERS DESCRIPTION
the output converter DC voltage which usualy triggers inverter Undervoltage alarm. On the other hand,
reaching the negative limit will result in a rapid increase of the output DC voltage which triggers converter
Overvoltage alarm. The line regen converter will operate in limit condition only for a few miliseconds
in function of the DC link capacitance connected to the output.
In order to enable the operation with overload, the current limits must be increased from their default
value 100% to the overload current desired ( e.g. 120% ) up to the maximum current 150%.
Built in overload protection function has been calibrated to allow the IEC 146 class 2 service. For this
purpose the current limits must be set to 130%. In this setting, the converter will be able to deliver 150%
overload for the period of 60 seconds with the base current according to table 2.4.3.1 column 2.
The available overload times and pause times for a desired value of the DC link current can be read from
the figures 7.6.1.1. and 7.6.1.2. respectivelly. 100% is refered to the converter rated current according
to table 2.4.3.1 column 1.

Access via the keypad, RS485 serial interface or Field Bus is protected when Pword 1: Enabled
NOTE!
Write access from Bus through Process Data Channel is not affected by Control
Mode selection.
Device address
Minimum delay in milliseconds between the device last byte reception and the
start byte of its response. This delay avoids conflicts on the serial line when the
RS485 interface used is not preset for an automatic commutation Tx/Rx.
The parameter concerns exclusively the RS485 interface. Example: if the maximum delay between the
master computer and device Tx/Rx communication is 20ms this parameter must be set to a higher value,
Ser answer delay=22ms.
Pword1:
On delivery Pword 1 is not set and the user has free access to all parameters.
The states of all programble alarms can be assigned to the programable digital outputs.

Latch
ON
OFF
Delay between the fault condition and the alarm activation. If an fault condition
occurs, the alarm is not active for Hold off time. When this time elapses and the
fault is still present, the alarm is activated.
Restart time
If Latch is set to OFF and fault condition persists even after the time defined
via this parameter, automatic restart is not possible. Hence, in order to activate
auto restart function Restart time parameter must be set to a value different
from zero and Latch must be set to OFF.
UV Regen thr=450V
Threshold for the intervention of the Overvoltage alarm in Volts. The factory
setting depends on the converter rated voltage:

NOTE!
Programming of more digital inputs for the same parameter is prevented by logic
implemented in the selection of digital inputs. When a digital input is programmed
for a certain parameter, this parameter disappears from the selection list of other
digital inputs. If it is desired to program the other digital input for the same parameter,
it is necessary to set the selection for the first digital input to OFF. In this way, parameter
becomes automatically available in the selection list of the other digital inputs.

It is possible to configure the converter for AC main input contactor control. The parameters for setting
this function are located in CONTACTOR PROG submenu.
PARAMETERS DESCRIPTION
27
Contactor contr
OFF
Contactor delay
Delay in milliseconds between the Disable command and the opening of the
mains contactor. Setting of this delay may be useful when the converter is
configured to restart automaticaly after an alarm condition. In this particular
situation, the converter will recover faster if the contactor opening/closing times
are large.
The parameters of the function that monitors quality of the output voltage regulation in terms of the DC
link voltage error are located in DCLINK VOLT SET submenu. The operation with the output voltage
different than the reference is indicated by the led Vdc set placed on the Keypad or by a device digital
output programmed for Set voltage. The principle of this function is shown in figure 7.10.1.

PARAMETERS DESCRIPTION
Threshold for the maximum difference (error) between the DC link voltage reference and the actual DC link voltage as a percentage of the reference value. If
the error will exceed the threshold, this will be signaled by Vdc set led on the
keypad or it can be signaled on digital output programmed for Set voltage.
The parameters controlling the precharge and discharge of the DC link are located in submenu CHARGE
CONTROL. A forced discharge of the DC link may be enabled. This function reduces the output converter
voltage to a value under 100V following a disable command and thus it reduces the time that has to be
allowed between the converter disable and the safe discharge to allow access to the service personnel.
Pre/Dis current
The precharge and discharge current in percent of the Rated conv curr parameter.
During the precharge or controlled discharge sequence (when enabled), the
current limits are set to the value determined by this parmeter. This can be seen
by observing In use DCcr lim+ and In use DCcr lim- parameters.
Discharge control
NOTE!
It is possible to configure the converter Keypad as a panel meter. When the converter is powered up, the
menu system can point to any parameter in MONITOR/MEASUREMENTS menu showing thus the
measured quantity of interest.
Startup display
Setting of this parameter to any selection allowed will cause the menu system to
show the specifed parameter after converter start up instead of showing the first
menu item which is BASIC MENU.

Device enable
Enable / Disable command for the converter. In order to enable the device by
this command, a hardware enable must also be present, terminal 31 must be
high (+24V).
Power FF bus
This parameter indicates whether the converter current limit, positive or negative, has been reached. The current limit state is also shown on the keypad by
ILIMIT led.
For more details on the operation in current limit condition refer to section
7.6.1.
Overload state
Device ready
Device ready = 1
The status of this parameter is identical to the Device ready relay status and can
also be programmed on digital output. It should be used by high level control to
set up a standard enabling sequence for the inverters. For standard enabling
sequences using digital output or relay refer to Fig. 4.3.5 and Fig.4.3.6.
DClink offset
Status of the programable digital inputs of the converter to be read by serial line
or Field bus. The information is contained in a lower 4 bits of a word where
each bit is 1 if the corresponding input terminal is high (voltage present) and 0
if the corresponding input terminal is low (voltage removed).

PARAMETERS DESCRIPTION
8 - MAINTENANCE
8.1. CARE
The SR32 converters must be installed according to the relevant installation regulations. They do not
require any particular care in normal operating environment. They should not be cleaned with a wet or
moist cloth. The power supply must be switched off before cleaning.
8.2. SERVICE
The screws of all terminals on the device should be tightened two weeks after initial commissioning.
This should be repeated once a year.
8.3. REPAIRS
Repairs on the device should be made by your suppliers trained personnel.
If you carry out a repair of your own, observe the following points:
-
When ordering spare parts, record the device type and also the device number (nameplate). It is also
useful to state the type of regulation card and the software version of the operating system (printed
on EEPROMs)
When exchanging cards, ensure that the positions of switches and jumpers are observed. This
particularly applies to switch SW8 on the regulation card. This sets the rated current and supply
voltage of the converter.
NOTE
The manufacturer does not accept any liability for any device parts that are damaged
due to the incorrect position of the switch SW8.
