Personal Autobiography
While I am taking row, complete the personal

autobiography handout that I will pass out.


Answer the questions in a complete sentence

and to the best of your ability.

Index Cards
Write you FIRST and LAST Name on your index card.

Write the name you want me to call you in class.


Write your name in a way that reflects your personality!

Write the SUBJECT and CLASS PERIOD

Place this in the Lower right hand side of index card.

Turn the index card over.

Write two or three complete


sentences telling me about yourself. (Your likes, dislikes,
favorite movie or book, etc.

Test dates are posted one week in advance. My voice mail is a good source to
check to see if a major project is due or if a test is coming up soon. If you have
internet access at home, please visit my webpage. I will keep information
current on my webpage. Assignments will also be communicated through
Google Classroom.

Daily Work
- Students are expected to have their work turned in on
time!
- Independent Reading Time (IRT) is essential. I will explain
in detail my expectations of this daily grade.
- If an assignment is late, it is the YOUR responsibility to
turn it in to me the next class for a grade of 70.
-You are allowed one late assignments per 9-week grading
period.
