Course Overview Description
This course provides training to new administrators on the fundamental tasks of
installing and configuring IBM Cognos BI,
and administering servers and content in the environment.
In the course, participants will install and configure the IBM Cognos BI softwar

This is the self paced training version of ''IBM Cognos BI Administration (V10.1
)'' classroom course. IBM Cognos BI Administration (V10.1) is a self paced cours
e that is designed to allow new administrators to learn the fundamental tasks of
administering servers and content in IBM Cognos BI. Through a combination of in
formation and hands-on exercises, students will install and configure the IBM Co
gnos BI software, implement security, and manage the server components. Students
will also monitor and schedule tasks, create data sources, manage and deploy co
ntent, manage report content in IBM Cognos Connection, and configure IBM Cognos
for Microsoft Office.
