INTRODUCTION
South Yaran oil field is located in Kuzestan province 120KM west of Ahwaz with 20Km
length and 2.5Km width at south part of Yaran oil field.
24 No wells considered at this area consisting of 14 No Sarvak wells, 8 No Fahlian &
Gadvan wells and 2 No appraisal wells for sarvak and fahlian & Gadvan layers with total
estimated output between 50,000 to 60,000 STB/Day.
Flow of wells is transferred to the 2 phase separation unit (Cluster) for separation of gas
from liquids and dehydrating of gas.
The dehydrated gas is transferred to NGL 3200 and the liquids are transferred to Karoon
production plant for further processing.

Specification for Power Transformer
1. Purpose
The purpose of this requisition is to define Purchasers required equipment (Table 1), their
supply requirements, documentation requirements together with list of documents supplied
and presented by Purchaser.
2. General
Engineering specifications and documents, listed in Attachment #1 of this Requisition,
entitled LIST OF DOCUMENTS SUPPLIED & PRESENTED BY PURCHASER, are
applicable for supply of the items mentioned in table 1 above.
The Vendor is the sole responsible party for the correct application of the contractual
documents and adherence to all specifications and codes as mentioned above Definitions.
3. Order of Precedence
In case of conflict between requisition, purchase order and documents listed in Attachment
#1 of the requisition, entitled LIST OF DOCUMENTS SUPPLIED & PRESENTED BY
PURCHASER, or codes and standards listed in the relevant engineering specifications,
the order of precedence shall be considered as follow:
a) Purchase Order (In case of P.O. placement)
b) Material Requisition
c) Data sheet
d) Project specifications
e) Code and standards
Any conflict between the above documents must be brought to Purchasers attention and
written Purchasers approval shall be obtained before proceeding with manufacturing
and/or any other work. Generally, the most stringent requirement applies.
4. Inspection and Test

Inspection and test items in accordance with data sheet and Inspection & test plan shall be,
as a minimum, carried out at vendors shop.

5. Vendors Proposal
1) Vendors proposal shall comprise information mentioned in this paragraph in addition to
the required information mentioned in Attachment 2 of the Material Requisition, entitled
List of Documents Required from Vendor.
2) Further to terms mentioned in Attachment 2 of the Material Requisition, List of
Documents Required from Vendor, Vendors proposal shall contain at least the following
information:
Quality Assurance system certificates, ISO9001 or equivalent
Vendors Reference List
Deviations or Alternatives, if any.
6. Deviation from Purchasers Requirements

Vendors proposal shall be in strict conformity with purchasers requirements. Unless
exceptions, deviations or alternatives are clearly identified in Vendor Deviation Form,
attached to the invitation to tender letter, the requirements and conditions in this
attachment and all documents attached to the requisition is deemed to be accepted by
vendor.
7. Spare Parts
Vendor shall provide the list of recommended spare parts for commissioning, two years of
operation, capital spares and required special tools at the bidding stage. Following items
shall be considered as a minimum for the recommended spare parts.
