Instructions for the Un-allotted Registered Candidates who

have filled choices in option form
If the candidate has registered and filled choices in the first round of
counseling and could not get allotment of seat in the first counseling then
such
- A candidate is not required to give his/her willingness to participate in
Upward-movement/Up-gradation.
- Further, automatically based on his/her choices filled in the first round,
allotment shall be done.
- Still, if he/she is unable to get an allocation of seat in second round then
in the third round he/she shall be allowed to revise their choices. To help
them, vacant seats left after second counseling shall also be available.
- Even if they are unable to get a seat in the third round then in fourth
round seat allocation shall be done along with Up-gradation.

B. Instructions for First Round Registered

candidates who did not fill choices in first round
1. Candidate has registered in first round after paying application fee. He/she
has a challan no and transaction id/token no.
2. Candidate has also filled the application form but could not fill the choices
in the option form.
3. Such candidates can fill the choices in the third round choice filling which is
starting from 17.7.2016 upto 20.7.2016.
4. Such candidates are not required to register/pay new application fee again as
a new candidate.
