Corporation so that we can handle with our own affairs such as own
affairs, hold property, borrow money, and legally do nearly anything an
individual can do. We can also death with certain expenses such for
example expenses reduce the taxable profits of the corporation and give
employees valuable benefits which are not taxed as income.
