Developed an root cause analysis on injection wheel of Artouste IIIB engine to
reduce the no of RTS and to improve the quality of production.
Identified key requirements, defined project scope, developed project plan and
schedule, provided leadership to internal team on project. Facilitated issues
resolution.

Title: Design and Analysis of an automotive bumper beam in low speed frontal
crashes.

Description:
Developed a CAD model to analyse the characteristics of various materials for
bumper in low speed crashes .
Optimized the thickness. Strength, rigidity, less material, easy of manufacturing and
cost reduction aspect is considered while optimizing the bumper.
Deflection, impact force, stress distribution, energy distribution are studied for
various materials and thickness.
