Extend the Medium Term Fiscal Framework model to 20 years as applicable for the DSA
Using the World Bank-IMF Debt Sustainability Analysis tool for Low-Income Countries (LIC-DSA) to
analyze debt sustainability
Drafting of the DSA statement, and guidance notes
Strengthen institutional set up and capacity building for the Middle Office for Debt Management
Strengthen capacity of the front and back offices for debt management
Review laws, acts, rules, regulations, systems and processes for management of public debt, external
debt and contingent liabilities
Design data management system, procedures and guidelines for management of contingent liabilities

(EDMU), Chief Controller of Aid Accounts and Auditing (CCAAA), Reserve Bank of India (RBI);
