My Experience at U.O.

Structuralism:
A cherish experience of my is my Bachlors
Degree(My institute,my university).Today we are
going to explain our experience at University of
Lahore.As the university just represent the city of
Lahore.A positive attitude from university for the
development and quality in Pakistan.Everything
start from a lower level and move to a well
organized level.My university is approaching
toward future with vast catagories of degrees in
diffrent fields.University admistration is doing its
best.Fucalty is just greatt.The research programes
in different fields.University location is simply
great.University is basically divided in two
campuses.Hwoever,there are various subcampuses in different cities.The university library
with a handsome amount of books is very
important for our educational improvements and
character building.
The good thing is that our university has its own
security system with professionally trained gaurds.
For quality education there is QEC department
which is concerned with regular development in
the educational and management

system.OSA(office of student affairs) is for

students to get a proper guidance regarding any
query and also provide us proper career
counseling.

Gestalt Psychology
As a whole my university is doing well.We are
going to be future of Pakistan to represent our
country and institute in a better way.
As we are explaining our experience at U.O.L so I
personally feel that we are not doing at our best
level.My whloe university has a lack of engineering
design.There is no such thing that we can say it is
designed by engineers or architect.

Behaivorism:
The higher authorities of our university has no
direct communication with student and the matters

are resolved by just saying that we cant do

anything.
Seniors are very helpful to us and we also try to
guide our juniors in a good way.
As far as the behaviour is concerned students as
well as administration is not much serious in their
responsibilities.Student only try to get good
marks,having no concern and concept of
learning(only a number of student are concerned
with learning).Administration dont sort-out the
problems in easy way but some of them try their
best to co-operate with students and faculty.

Humanistic pyschology
We are here to create a success story in the world.We
are trying to do our best.However,the resources are
not enough.We must be motivated as one of our
teacher is trying to be motivated.It will be honour for
me to mention his name(sir Mansoor Ali Zaheer).
The humanistic perspective believes that people
seek value, meaning, and creativity in all they do.
It understands that people have goals, and that
reaching these goals is very important. It also

understands that individuals are able to make

choices that affect them and others, and so those
choices carry with them a sense of responsibility.
