[#3893] TD-SCDMA L3 shows some gaps in L3 detection in drive test,

[#3662] Options missing from scanner upon power up. This happens occasionally.
[#3637] Scanner missing embedded version. This happens rarely.
[#3672] FD-LTE 10 MHz slows down for more than 10 channels
PROBLEMS RESOLVED IN THIS RELEASE
[#4521] StopAllScans is returning the wrong number of the remaining slots when no
scans are running

AWS-3 (EU-66 --Band Code 0x3800, 0x3801) is supported on FD-LTE.

[Since this new band introduced 24-bits channel number, the Master API version 1.10.0.3
or above is required to use for this new band.].

[#3893] Occasionally, TD-SCDMA Layer has some gaps in Layer detection during a
drive test,
[#3672] FD-LTE measurement rate at 10 MHz slows down when more than 10 channels
are selected
[#3662] On rare occasion, installed options are not being reported from scanner upon
power up. Recycling power corrects this issue.
Fixed EPS all zero issues when RFB is 25 KHz and number of bins are 721.

Introduced a new super band option 0x7020, for increased spectral range from 150 MHz
to 6 GHz spectrum.
Added TD-SCDMA Layer 3 measurements.
Added new E-UTRA combination bands: E-UTRA 12/17 and E-UTRA 13/14L (lower)
bands.
Increased the number of TD-SCDMA channels for Top N and Top N Layer 3 to 34.
Increased the number of channel blocks used for GSM measurements from 11 to 22 to
improve the scan speed.

NEW FEATURES
This is the first release of EXflex multi-technology variable band scanning receiver.
The EXflex scanner supports Spectrum Analysis and Enhanced Power Measurement
scan on the entire 300 MHz to 3.8 GHz spectrum.
[#3663] RSSI measurements for LTE 10, 15 and 20 MHz are reporting incorrect values.
[#3661] The RSSI measurement is inaccurate by about 1 dB at certain cellular
frequencies at -20 dBm input.
[3660] EPS power measurement at 1070 MHz is inaccurate by up to 4 dB.
