AGENT PORTAL IN HOME PAGE OF OUR WEBSITE

In Our Website, under Agent Corner a new feature Agent Portal has been included

When the Agent Portal button is clicked, the following login page will open

For the first time users a simple registration process is prescribed as under

For registering as a user the following particulars are to be entered:

Agent code
Pan No
Email id
Mobile No
The above fields are mandatory
Once the data is entered press Register button

If the registration is successful then the Password will be send via SMS and mail to the email id of
the Agent.

The Agent will complete the log in by entering the Agent code and password

After login has been completed, the Menu page will be open

There are Four items in the Menu namely

1.Business Details
2.Renewals
3.Commission
4.Claims Details

Under Business Details Menu Premium report is available

In the Business Details Premium Report screen

The Agent has to select the following

Date from - to be entered
Date to to be entered
Report type to be chosen
Based on the inputs given the Premium report will get generated

Under Renewals Menu two reports are available as under:

1.Policies renewals
2.Cancelled Policies

Policy Renewals screen

The Agent has to select

Month
Year
Report Type

Based on the inputs given the report gets generated as below

Under Commission menu 2 reports are available namely

1.Commission Details
2.Commission Recovery Details

When Commission Details is selected the following screen appears

The Month and Year for which commission details are to be viewed are to be selected and based
on the inputs given , the report gets generated as below

Under Claims Details Menu - 3 reports are available namely

1.Intimated Claims
2.Claims Paid Statement
3.Claims Outstanding
1. In the Intimated claims report , the following screen will get displayed

The From date and To Date have to be chosen and based on the inputs given the following reports get
displayed.
