2. Teacher gives a topic to the students and they will make or write their own
thoughts or understanding and make a play.
3. Base on observation, the teacher let his students make their own interpretation
regarding to the topic by doing a play.
4. Teacher grouped them into various group, the means of doing this they have a
chance to share their ideas and work as one to make a good outcome in the in their
presentation.
5. Teacher should give a simplest way of a teaching first before preceding the
hardest part, like a ladder way from the bottom up to top and this requires time and
diligence. So as teacher and student is patient at all times.
6. Those learners who did not do very well were somehow learned the consequence,
and one of this was not to be able to answer the problem in front of her fellow
classmates.
7. Most of the learners were raising their hand signifying the fact that most of them
do well and understand the lesson and some even explained it very well. This
means the learner will not take place unless the leaner allows itself rather on the
fact he wants and motives to learn.
8. As I observed, the teacher were enthusiast, and most willing to give a lesson to
them making her student participative and radiate her enthusiast attitude towards
her students.
9. The teacher was discussing a particular topic by details were somehow highly
unique especially in a way the teachers present her teaching. In terms of the
student, some were giving their best out to answer their teachers question and
they meet the right answer they felt happiness because each learners has own
unique special way in how to solving a problem.

Analysis
1. We need to consider these principles in your way of teaching. It is not easy to
be an educator since we cannot just do what we want in teaching the
children. Many things we need to be a considered. If we wanted to have a
strong foundation in teaching and implant a very great influence to the
students then this is the answer. One of the teachers that I did indeed
observe somehow implements these principles. I could say not all but most of
them. This can be signifies how her/his learners reacts from the way of teach,

and the way learners enjoy the class. For the learners, skills and abilities are
not one day growth; it is a step by step process. The learners dont really
have the idea about these principles, but looking at them, they are indeed
very active in cooperating with their teacher. An atmosphere of ease was
surrounded in whole class, where teaching can be more fun for the students
as well as ease in acquiring the knowledge needed.
As I observed, the most applied principle on that day were learning is a
consequence of experience and Learning is a cooperative and collaborative
process.
The learning principle that was applied least from all the principles was the
Learning is sometimes a painful process, because the teacher doesnt
discourage a certain learner if the answered is wrong, thus still appreciate it.
Yes, I do agree with these principles. A principle in a certain area of subject is
a very important factor that can be use in determining a certain facts. In
education, the enumerated principles can be use in studying a certain
schools if they are doing what exactly supposed to be an act of teaching. The
status of how the teachers and learners do can easily be determined. This
could be a basis of studying the area of learning should be change or need
some improvements in terms of executing the subject to be tackled in every
class.
The thing that Ive learned from my observation is the fact that a teacher
should be aware in using these principles in order to be an effective educator
and to help to improve and increase the learning of the students.

Reflection
In the short period of observing the teachers, I could say that they are adhering
these principles well. As seen from their students, they are really participating and
seem to enjoying their class very well. One teacher was very effective in
implementing these principles as a whole since you can distinguish how to conducts
the class. They create well balance classroom, an environment full of energy, and
made the students get motivated in participating inside the class. As an observer,
we can sense in a certain situation about things that seems wrong. From that
observation, and sitting in that particular class, felt of going back from being a
student. A feeling of that kind of atmosphere where you can felt the enjoyment of
a learning and being drawn by the teachers energy and enthusiasm that the
feeling of getting those lessons inside your head without coercing your mind to
learn it, that a feeling of learning from the mistakes that indeed committed on that
day, and thinking of doing good the next time around. A feeling that felt on that day
is an experience that these typical principles were being implemented.

Principles of Learning in My Own Words.

1. Learning is teaching kids with the things they arent well aware off and making the
students interpret of the things they did understand from the lessons.
2. Learning is knowing something that is beyond ones understanding, and the relationship
of this idea to the real life of the students.

and analysis over something.

realization of getting your dream with a sacrifice for a successful life.

Yes, learning objectives serve as a guiding star for the teachers on how they will
direct experience to the leaners. It also said to be the objectives because it is the
target goal of the teachers. An effective teacher should follow the stated learning
objectives at the lesson plan.
Yes, he state before we observed that what was his learning objectives on that day
and I find it quite easy to write the objectives because he give an applicable
equations needed to be able to solve the objectives for that lesson.
Yes, his learning objectives did classify as SMART in such way that it can be
consume in specific-time-allotment. Aside from that it can also be attained in a way
that the learners could check their solution on how the rational equation is
concerned.
The lesson objective used was the three domain of learning. When the learners able
to crack the rational equation they impart the cognitive skill, and by means of
solving and writing the equation they utilized their psychomotor skills. Nevertheless,
It was categorized under affective domain when the learners had the sense of
vigorous contribution in every activities delivered.
Reflection
Are goals is set to be the lesson objectives that the learner can cope within the time
of period. In my observation, he uses the three domain of learning which made the
learners more equipped with the topic. Also truly be considered as guiding star in
development of the lesson for the outcome of the leaners, through complying with
the objectives provided learning can controlled effectively and efficiency, by making
aims and targets we can set goals making demonstration of lesson by means in
concentrated and well directed. By attaining learning in every presentation of the
lesson the objective will tied up by means on success and failure and it could be
assess through the performance of the leaners during the evaluation part of the
lesson.
