I think national examination should be abolished because determining our success of the whole 3

years we've spent in senior high school just by passing the 6-day-exams isnt a wise decision.
Why? Well, We have some reasons for that.
1. National examination doesnt guarantee that the students would do the test honestly by
themselves. It's true "the students didnt do the test honestly all by themselves". They
cheated by asking their friends, using mobile phone, and moreover depending on deadly
messages that they didnt even know who the sender were. Whats more, there werent a
few students believed the messages and as result they failed the examination, meaning
losing the worth of their 3-year-sacrifice. How pathetic, they used dirty tricks on their
own judgement days which hold all the hardworks and efforts of their whole 3 years! Not
so different from gambling. Thats lame, so wheres the value of all of their sacrifices?
Nothing, those sacrifices mean nothing when they hang their fate on the national
examination and that goes for us too. Our and our teachers' sacrifices are worthless (when
we are counting ourself on the national examination) if thats how it is.
2. Determining students' graduation from the results of national examination doesnt
resemble the true spirit of study. Why? Because I think we study because we wanna
achieve our goals in the future. Yeah, I know that theory is important, but sadly when it
goes to national exam, we'll aim to pass the exam as if we go to school just to get good
mark or maybe this kind of thought will pop in our head "my future depends on the result
of this national exam so i cant fail no matter what". See the words no matter what, I
think thats the goal of the students who have to fight for their future by passing the
national examination and that could lead them to legalize any kinds of way whether they
are good or not, as long as they can pass the exam with good marks, they wont care
about it because none of us wants to fail and waste our time and sacrifices. I think that
doesnt resemble the true meaning of study at all.
Now for my conclusion, i think national examination shuld be abolished because it isnt an
accurate device to decide whether a certain student can pass or not and there are some useless
impacts caused by it just like what are stated above. Even if its impossible for the government to
abolish the national examination, then the government can continue it but shouldnt use it as the
determiner of students graduation, so the government can use the national examination only to
measure the students' knowledge, not to determine their graduation. Graduation should be
determined by the daily learing results at school, its fair and far more accurate.

Well in my opinion, National Examination is very important. Its a parameter to see students
knowledge after studied about 3 years in the senior high school. Its good idea from the
government to increase the quality of Indonesia Education. Lets see some reason :
1. The quality of Indonesia Education will drop without national Exam because Indonesia
have bad system About National Education. In fact, we cannot put the blame on National
Examination because National Examination can still be usefull as an instrument as
evaluate or defect the level of student's cognitive competence in several subject, on a
national scale.
2. It makes students more diligent in studying. They prepare "UN" with studying hardly to
get maximal score. They use their time wisely for reading books lesson of first till third
grade. They dont also learn at school but also at course. They believe that going to
course will help them much on understanding the subjects of "UN", because they cant
rely on teacher's explanation. At course, they can get tricks and simple formulas. They
also consult about the lesson that they dont understand clearly to the teacher at course.
"UN" trains them to exercise many questions. So, they can answer it easily when the
exam goes on. They even make a group for studying together. They review the lesson that
they've learned at school, and then they will solve difficult questions together. And It will
increase the relationship with other student.
3. With increase of graduation standard, therefore government expedient to increase human
quality of nation expected can reached so able to competition with graduate from the
other country. They are argue that national examination have to be there, because that
exam use to know power of all the student, with national examination, so we will know
where is the area can reach the target, because of that in the future need to be increase,
the area where cant reach, so there need something lesson how to be the best area can
reach the standard from government.

Now for my conclusion, I think national examination should be held because it is the best way to
control and increase Indonesian Education system just like what are stated above. Even if there
are many people that disagree with National Examination, in fact there werent a few students
can pass the examination after they decided to study hard. Graduation must be determined by the
final examination because it will show who the student is. Are they clever or not. So its fair and
accurate if the student can be honest and increase their studying quality.

It not about preasuse which get by National Exam beacuse they have been learnt
for third years and they must follow the national exam. Ready or not you have to
ready..beacuse National Exam seems like easy if you really love education and you
wanna continue to the next level like university
