INTRODUCTION

Marketers is always identify and satisfy customers needs and wants profitably.
Today marketing environment is dynamic. The current market scenario requires a
competitor focused approach for companies. Competitive market always requires an
excellent formulation of marketing strategy to curb the competition. In general
service industry is highly competitive in nature and requires upto date strategy to be
a market leader.

METHODOLOGY

Data collected from two sources


1. Primary data
2. Secondary data
I have collected dada from primary source.

OBJECTIVE:
To know the exact positioning of own restaurant with respect to
competitor popular survey has to adopted where minimum fifty customer
having covered and purposefully asked the various constructive steps to be
adopted by the local restaurant to popularize its brand value.

The popular survey has been taken from the customers through a set of
questionnaires particularly refer to the various suggestions, steps, advices,
criticism from the customers to make the local restaurant more popular.

OBSERVATION:

The following competitive strategies should be adopted by the local


restaurant to become more popular.
Place This is one of the most important P of service industry which
justified because well connectivity through various part of the city
towards the restaurant naturally creates a popularity.
Ambience cleanliness, excellent environment, excellent sitting
arrangement music system, effective lighting, prompt delivery are sum
of the characteristics of good ambience. Local restaurant most adopt
the above mode of ambience to make its brand more popular. In
comparison to competitor.
Price Should be introduce all the available product in a low price
range i.e introductory price which may attract a lot of customers from
middle class families.
Promotion The local restaurant must adopt a low cost promotional
activities like fooding, leaflets, inside the local news papers,
advertisement in local electronic channels.
Product Should introduce various types of veg and non veg items in
its menu with a proper approach of quality.

CONCLUSION:

Highly competitive market with respect to service industry always requires a set
of progressive comparative strategies to be a market leader in a long run. The
local restaurant must implement the above suggestions to be a market leader in
the future.

INTRODUCTION

It is defined as a condition that is initiated by a physiological or


physiological deficiency or need in an individual, which causes the
individual to behave in a certain manner order to achieve a particular
goal and incentives.

Promoting any one positive mental process is called motivation.


There are various methods to upgrade motivation of employees time to
time to make them more productive, diligent, trustworthy and dedicated
employee.

COMPANY PROFILE:

National aluminum company Ltd. (Nalco) is considered to be a


turning point in the history of Indian Aluminum Industry. In a major leap
forward, Nalco has not only addressed the need for self sufficiency in
aluminum, but also given the country a technological edge in producing
this strategic metal to the best of world standards. Nalco was
incorporated in 1981 in the Public Sector, to exploit a part of the large
deposits of bauxite discovered in the East Coast.

OBJECTIVE

Judging various methods of motivation of an employee irrespective


of any organization.

METHODOLOGY

Data collected form two sources.


One is Primary Data and another one is Secondary data. We have
collected data from primary source.
Set of 10 questionnaires designed based on Companys Profile Growth,
performance appraisal, financial and non financial rewards.

CONCEPTUAL RELEVANCE

To make any organizational employee is motivated only through a


sequential implementation of various motivational tools either financial or
non financial in nature.

FINDINGS

Following out comes are mentioned below through which organizational


motivation some time play positive role and in the other hand some time
it may be negative. If motivation is positive then employees satisfactions
occurs, if negative employees dissatisfaction occurs.

My findings are as follows :


Positive Motivation :
In time performance appraisal survey.
In time salary high
Timely announcement of various financial cum, non financial
rewards.
Organization accepts suggestions made by the employee.
Praise from the leader or Boss

Negative Motivation :
Transfer without any basic and concrete reason.
Stagnant growth
Low moral among the employee
Low interpersonal relationship among the employee.
Continuous loss occurred by the company
No strategically long run decisions are being by the company
Incoming of multiple numbers of competitors.

CONCLUSION :

Motivation is the catalyst factor which help the organization to make the
employees more productive
