Please confirm your acceptance within 48 hours by sending a confirmatory email at admissions.sbm@nmims.edu otherwise the offer of
admission will get cancelled.
Please bring with you all the original certificates along with one set of self attested copies and two recent passport size color photographs.

Migration Certificate (Original) (Compulsory) must be submitted by 30th September 2015. Please note that failing to
meet this requirement will result in the cancellation of your studentship and the fees paid will not be refunded.

AIU Certificate is mandatory for those candidates who have completed their graduation from Overseas
Universities.

Experience Certificate (if applicable)

Medical Fitness for Differently abled candidates (if applicable)

Medical Fitness Certificate (certified by a registered medical practitioner) Format available on website may be
submitted by programme commencement date

12.

Mediclaim Policy receipt (minimum Rs.1 lakh) may be submitted by programme commencement date

Certificate of eligibility from the Principal/Registrar stating that you have completed all the requirements of obtaining the
Bachelors Degree on the date of issue of certificate. (Compulsory for all the appearing graduates).
Provisional admission will be given subject to clearing the final examination in the first attempt with minimum
50% aggregate marks. The last date of submission of the degree marksheet and provisional passing certificate
will be the date of commencement of the programme. Please note that failing to meet this requirement, will
result in the cancellation of your studentship and the fees paid will not be refunded.

1. You are requested to confirm your admission by paying fees and submitting the above mentioned documents within the registration period
i.e. between 5th March, 2015 to 17th March, 2015 (On working days only - Monday to Saturday - Holiday on 6th March, 2015)
(Time 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Candidates reporting after 4 pm will not be entertained) at Admission Department, SVKM's NMIMS, New
Building, 4th floor, Classroom No. 405, V.L. Mehta Road, Vile Parle West, Mumbai - 400056. (Candidates are required to carry original
documents at the time of admission for verification with one set of self attested copies).
2. Candidate has to visit personally to complete admission process formality.
3. Payment of tuition fees Rs 7,50,000/- (subject to change) to be paid by Demand draft drawn in favour of SVKM's NMIMS payable at
Mumbai.
4. Please note that it is responsibility of the candidate to check whether he/she is eligible to apply for the Program as per the eligibility criteria
declared on the website. NMIMS has full right to disqualify a candidate at any stage of admission process, if found ineligible. In such case,
the admission of the candidate, even if selected and fees paid, stands cancelled and the fees paid will be forfeited.
5. If you need Hostel Facility, you are required to bring the duly filled Hostel form available on our website along with a separate demand draft
as applicable drawn in favour of SVKM's NMIMS payable at Mumbai at the time of admission. Please attach all the required documents to the
residential accommodation form. Allotment of rooms will be informed in due course. Please visit www.nmims.edu for Hostel fees and other
details.

Cancellation made after the official


closure of admission, fees will NOT
be refunded.

If you do not present yourself for verification of documents and payment of fees upto 17th March, 2015 it will be presumed that you are not
interested in joining the Programme and this offer of admission will stand cancelled automatically.
