The demister pad at the bottom layer was installed and the inspection was
carried out and found intact
Cleared for installing the plates and the spiral flow box
Equipment EJ-2201 ejector
Rust colorings noted at the entrance of the nozzles in east side and top side.
Inside top side nozzle noted with loose deposits
Insulation removed and the external of the surface found satisfactory
Gasket face found satisfactory
Ut thickness measurement completed and found satisfactory
Equipment EJ-2201-s1 silencer

Wet rust deposit noted inside the silencer ,when viewed through nozzle
Silencer pipe noted with minor scales and loose deposits
Gasket face found satisfactory

Equipment E-3205A

East side
The 105 tubes were de-plugged for inspection randomly in v pattern
and the following observations noted
No plugging noted ,tube sheets found satisfactory
Minor thinning noted in the entrance of the most of the tubes

In the bottom of the header water found for 2mm height for the entire length
of the header.
External of the tube fins found satisfactory.
External of the draft and guard found satisfactory

During de-plugging the threads of the header found damage ,it shall
be filled and rethreaded.
Counting from left
3rd row 16th plug

West side

No plugging noted ,tube sheets found satisfactory

No thinning noted the tubes, tube sheets found satisfactory

Equipment E-3205 B

East side
The 98 tubes were de-plugged for inspection randomly in v pattern
and the following observations noted
No plugging noted ,tube sheets found satisfactory
Minor thinning noted in the entrance of the most of the tubes

In the left side of the header water found for 2mm height in0.5meter length
of the header.
External of the tube fins found satisfactory.
External of the draft and guard found satisfactory
West side

No plugging noted ,tube sheets found satisfactory

No thinning noted the tubes, tube sheets found satisfactory
During de-plugging the threads of header found damage ,it shall be
filled and rethreaded.

1st row 6th and 26th plug
2nd row 10th plug
3rd row 13th,17th, and21st plug

Equipment C-2201-V
Inspection was carried out after draining and cleaning and following
observation s noted
Heaters five sets found clean and intact
Suction pumps 2nos with strainers found clean and intact
Thermocouple 2nos found intact
Weld and joints found clean and intact
Ut thickness measurement found satisfactory
Equipment ME-2101-V1
UTG Thickness measurement completed and found satisfactory
Equipment ME-2101-V2
UTG Thickness measurement completed and found satisfactory
