Parking lot is always full because student from a nearby school park
in the Boot Barn spots on the daily. Customers may think Boot Barn
is really busy and not want to come in and /or may not be able to
find a spot.
Sign in front advertises $20 off select boots by Ariat
Inside Appearance
Store on inside was clean, organized and welcoming
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me pick
out the correct conditioner and protector for my new Dan Post
python boots and explained the need for boot trees and showed me
how to put them in my boots
We were greeted as soon as we walked in and offered assistance
right away
I only saw one rack that had disorderly t-shirts

Inventory Notes:

New style, DP3538, is not doing well. Customers do not like the
yellow color.

Old style, DP3582, is not doing well and they would like to switch it out
for a different style perhaps the Sidewinder.
DI7385 is a pleather boot and definitely is not selling. I think it is a
discontinued style?

Customer description:
Year round customers are male workers
Concert and festival goers.
Age range is 50/50 young, old, families, etc. They get all age
ranges.
Manager/Staff notes:
Spoke with manager, Maria, 2 staff, Kelly (manager of San Dimas) and
Stacy Flores (District Manager)
Maria and Kelly expressed that a combined training meeting on a
Sunday for the staff of both stores would be very helpful since they
arrive 2 hours early on Sundays anyways. This would be very helpful
especially for El Dorado.
Womens need more size 5.5/6 and 10/11
Ostrich in the $300-$400 price range
Mens lizard
Mens square toe, R toe and J toe
Leather soles
One womens bridal boot
More stand out pieces. It is a sea of brown. This part of California is
not price-resistant. Not core market.
Can the swap out old styles that dont sell well for new styles?
The type of clothing at Norco would do better at this store (more
festival/fashion wear)
