I,BERNARD EJOKOGHENE EDJEVBARE, (MALE) A Christian and a
Citizen of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, reside at No 15B
ENOGIE STREET, OFF ETETE ROAD, GRA, BENIN CITY. Do
hereby make an oath as Follows:That I am a student of the
University of Benin, Benin City to Study MSCEM-M.sc.
Production Engineering (ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT)in the
faculty of Engineering.

1. That I am aware of cult renunciation committee recently
inaugurated by the Vice Chancellor and the Chairman
Governing Council of the University of Benin.
2. That I will never aid or abet the activities of any secret cult.
3. That I have never been a member of any secret cult within or
outside the University of Benin.
4. That I am not a member or sponsor of any secret cult.
5. That from the rules and regulations of the University, I am
aware that membership of any secret cult is incompatible with
my status as a student of the University of Benin.
6. That the University is at liberty to invoke necessary disciplinary
action against any act(s) unbecoming of a student of the
University of Benin.
7. That I dispose to the facts herein in good faith believing same
to be true and correct in accordance with the Oaths Acts
